After careful thought and planning, they trenched the east and west sides of the house, which required a lot of effort navigating through or around the sprinkler system. On the west side, they installed a new drainage pipe system to slope towards the street and daylight into a bush. They poured concrete to slope to two drains as well as included an entry for a downspout. On the east side of the house they installed new drainage pipe and created a new system with a two existing pipes and routed the water much further from the house to a low point into the backyard river rock. Lastly, they reinforced and raised the deck to eliminate any low spots as well as provide proper drainage. I was very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to call Walter's Cement Construction again. I have seen some of their work through photos and they also do large concrete slabs for businesses to decorative stamping and coloring of concrete for driveways or patios.

After spending $2300 to have the electric corrected and put to code, we became suspect of the construction of the room itself. So, we had an Engineer come out and assess the porch. We were told not to use the room, because it was unsafe. We put stabilizer jacks under the porch to hold it up. I called AllTerra Constuction. They were one of two companies with a five star rating. Steve came out and looked it over. They put a new wall under the porch with a 4 foot foundation. A permit was pulled so we can make the porch into living space. AllTerra was very professional; excellent work, good price, courteous, complete clean-up, timely completion of the job. I highly recommend them.
