The staff gave deceptive & misleading information about why my application was rejected., I didn't appreciate that. They said they couldn't charge me for screening fees until I looked at my account was charged twice. They were dishonest in their business practices as well! Not only that but unprofessional. I know our credit is not perfect, but they don't realize that Covid 19, had a profound effect on our credit. Unfortunately, we regret even applying for Granite 550, we will find an apartment with their competitors. When it comes to their reputation, it is not much better than our credit. I looked at some reviews, I found them disappointing at least, and shocking at most. Doesn't look like they treat their tenants well either. Maybe this is for the better. We are thoroughly convinced, that we made a mistake applying for this apartment, and we will not repeat this mistake again. There are better fish in the sea. If you are thinking of applying here, don't, I wouldn't recommend it. Because you may regret it!

I was told there was…read morea 2 hour minimum to hire 2 guys, which was fine since we needed someone to get our sofa and bed up to the 3rd floor apartment without an elevator. Wyatt and Collin showed up promptly at 10am and started unloading the boxes. They were fast!! Pretty much done unloading by 10:40 and then helped us put the bed frame back together and rearrange furniture. They were friendly and helpful and I am so glad I found the company online since we decided we needed help at the last minute!
