We love our retractable Sunesta awning which we purchased from The Blind Guy in Casper. Although, we had some problems adjusting the pitch angle on the awning the Blind Guy and his staff never gave up and worked on it several times. Because, he was not able to make the adjustments he went to the next level and was able to get the factory representative and a corporate technician to come to Riverton and check it out. After examining the situation and making a couple of phone calls they were able to solve the issue making the "pitch perfect". My wife and I greatly appreciate the extra effort put forth to make and keep us satisfied customers. They happily shipped our blinds that were under warranty to Hunter Douglas for repair even though we purchased them from the previous owner of The Blind Guy.
