Went in to buy a dryer hose for grandma. More product than you would think to be for the size. Got what I needed!

I stopped in for a wheelbarrow the other day. The first time I'd been in there in months, and now I remember why. The lady at the service counter was a very nasty individual. She was extremely rude, billigerent, and spoke to you as if you were an idiot. The store was in complete disarray, and led by a manager who seems to have given up. The lady up front began shouting "I can help someone down here....HELLO, HELLO, HELLO!!!!" until the elderly gentleman in front of me was nearly in a sprint to her line in an effort to quiet the beast. (The store manager watched, and said nothing) The store resembled more of a flea market than an actual lumber store (so many items in the isles, you had to manuver around them to get where you were going) Unbelievable filth! I wrote in to their corporate office over a week ago, and have heard nothing about it. (apparently they don't care either) These people are not interested in providing a good customer service, and I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. read more
