He promised to be here on the 16th but when we called to confirm, he said he "wrote it down in his book wrong". So he said he would be out the next morning at 8. I took off from work so I could be at home. I finally called him at 9:30 to find out where he was. He said "I'm still waiting on my hand to show up" so I told him I couldn't wait any longer and we would have to reschedule for when I wasn't working. He said he would here on Sunday. We called 4 times to confirm a time. He finally calls back to say he's booked and can't do it. This company is a joke! DON'T BOTHER!!!!
