I've worked with this company 3 times. First time they were about 45 minutes late. I had to call to see if they were coming but they got there and got the job done, and did a good job and were fair on the price. Second time they were 2 hours late. I had to call the office to see where they were.They basically had no idea that I even had an appointment. They sent people out and got the job done, even though it was an all day job and they were in my house after hours which I wasn't thrilled about but at least it was finished. The third time, got a quote, made the appointment for the first availability they had. It was in two weeks so we were delayed for re-wiring (not their fault, just adding to the facts), so I waited for the time they had. Two weeks pass and it's Monday morning. They open at 8am as their hours state. I took the day off of work and put off other appointments because I needed this done. 2 hours go by and nothing. I call and it's the same thing. They had no record of me even having an appointment. I pay on time and I pay in cash. I am remodeling an entire house and though it's not all at once for a big payday, there's a lot of work to be done. I'm easy to work with and understandable. But 3 times is the limit for this behavior. Their issue isn't the work, it's keeping track of appointments and time management. read more
