The events that followed were both good and bad. They apparently came out but did not call me. A minor was at home at the time, and they proceeded to do work without my approval. I found out when I called them after not receiving a call from them. Later that day when I was able to get home, I found out they had told my 14 year old to sign the invoice. In addition to not calling me, and making a 14 year old sign. The distance was 90'-130' on the invoice, my lot is only 100' total. Meaning the affected clog was the city's responsibility not mine, which is why I needed a free estimate, my clog usually took a while to manifest with 1-2 washing loads of water.(i had annotated this on the online form as well) The service itself was good, the management of the process was poor. After spending $2300 to have the electric corrected and put to code, we became suspect of the construction of the room itself. So, we had an Engineer come out and assess the porch. We were told not to use the room, because it was unsafe. We put stabilizer jacks under the porch to hold it up. I called AllTerra Constuction. They were one of two companies with a five star rating. Steve came out and looked it over. They put a new wall under the porch with a 4 foot foundation. A permit was pulled so we can make the porch into living space.
