Much higher than I expected, but my fault for not shopping around to know going rates. All my rooms had a couple stains each and master had traffic area darkness. Stairs had dark edge stains and on landing. Bottom line is none of the stains or dark traffic areas cleaned up at all from what I can tell. Not sure if their services are to blame or I Just have bad carpets. Either way it was a highly disappointing experience for the money spent. So don't know exactly how to rate the company, will give them 3 stars.

The events that followed were both good and bad. They apparently came out but did not call me. A minor was at home at the time, and they proceeded to do work without my approval. I found out when I called them after not receiving a call from them. Later that day when I was able to get home, I found out they had told my 14 year old to sign the invoice. In addition to not calling me, and making a 14 year old sign. The distance was 90'-130' on the invoice, my lot is only 100' total. Meaning the affected clog was the city's responsibility not mine, which is why I needed a free estimate, my clog usually took a while to manifest with 1-2 washing loads of water.(i had annotated this on the online form as well) The service itself was good, the management of the process was poor. The person I talked to on the line about the invoice was reluctant to admit the fault.
