After spending $2300 to have the electric corrected and put to code, we became suspect of the construction of the room itself. So, we had an Engineer come out and assess the porch. We were told not to use the room, because it was unsafe. We put stabilizer jacks under the porch to hold it up. I called AllTerra Constuction. They were one of two companies with a five star rating. Steve came out and looked it over. They put a new wall under the porch with a 4 foot foundation. A permit was pulled so we can make the porch into living space. AllTerra was very professional; excellent work, good price, courteous, complete clean-up, timely completion of the job. I highly recommend them. Definitely a company I would gladly call back for another job!!

It was really important to me to get the cleaning done right away, since I had to move furniture in over the weekend. I had them do about 4 bedrooms and stairs. Total cost was $480 or so. Much higher than I expected, but my fault for not shopping around to know going rates. All my rooms had a couple stains each and master had traffic area darkness. Stairs had dark edge stains and on landing. Bottom line is none of the stains or dark traffic areas cleaned up at all from what I can tell. Not sure if their services are to blame or I Just have bad carpets. Either way it was a highly disappointing experience for the money spent. So don't know exactly how to rate the company, will give them 3 stars.

I should have sent them away at first sight. The company doesn't use an actual carpet cleaner, they instead utilize a floor buffer with a filthy mop pad on in to "suck the dirt up" (I'm not sure if everyone gets this special treatment, but I could have rented a steamer from Safeway and delivered better results without the sketch factor). Not surprisingly, the carpets smelled a sickly sour-sweet after they dried. Needless to say, I used a real, legitimate company to have them cleaned...again. Don't waste your money, call a business with the proper equipment, tools, people, and professionalism to do the job right the first time and deliver quality results.
