Much higher than I expected, but my fault for not shopping around to know going rates. All my rooms had a couple stains each and master had traffic area darkness. Stairs had dark edge stains and on landing. Bottom line is none of the stains or dark traffic areas cleaned up at all from what I can tell. Not sure if their services are to blame or I Just have bad carpets. Either way it was a highly disappointing experience for the money spent.
