So he takes her to an the out-of-city warehouse and they tear into it before I have a chance to get there. They told me it was the fuel pump, which was right, and that they would be done in a couple of hours and even gave me a fair estimate. But 5 hours later they still were not done and after they changed the fuel pump could not get it to start again. I even saw them looking through YouTube videos to try and figure it out as they did not have the proper diagnostic equipment.Skip ahead 48 hours and they finally got it working.... oh, we found a loose wire... We got it fixed and you are good to go. Uh-huh. And he was right, it drove off the lot and back to Sheridan. Skip ahead a week and sure enough the car goes out again...and yes, it is a fuel pump issue again. I take it to another mechanic and have him call Ramsey at Truck Doctors to let him know what he did. Turns out the "Fix" he did was temporary. Glad he let me know that and then billed me for the band aid. I would have taken it in town to a shop I trust earlier had I been informed. Don't let the tow truck driver who is getting a kick back talk you into this shop. Save you time and money and go to a real mechanic.

First, I have had my car professionally cleaned many times and this was by far the worst job I have…read moreever seen someone do. I scheduled an appointment for the premium service. We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

I examined their work numerous times as I had problems with the old one leaking and wanted to head off continuing any old problems. They were very gracious and took my questions seriously and we agreed on a couple of maintenance items that they fixed very professionally. They worked very quickly and were off the roof in only a couple of hours. Great customer service and I am quite happy with their work. I highly recommend this business.
