set an appointment with Cunningham Electric, out of courtesy I let them know I was also reviewing other bids. At first they told me they would not set an appointment and waste their workers time if I wasn't going to use them. I assured the scheduler that I would give them at least 24 hours notice if I was not going to use them for the job. On the day they were supposed to arrive I called them to find out the estimated time for arrival and was informed that no one was coming out because I didn't set an appointment. I reminded the same person I talked to, that I had in fact set an appointment to which they agreed and she started arguing with me. I didn't need the headache and told her I would take my business elsewhere. That tells me Cunningham Electric is not interested in providing estimates and will only come out if they are the only ones who will work the job. read more
