I assured the scheduler that I would give them at least 24 hours notice if I was not going to use them for the job. On the day they were supposed to arrive I called them to find out the estimated time for arrival and was informed that no one was coming out because I didn't set an appointment. I reminded the same person I talked to, that I had in fact set an appointment to which they agreed and she started arguing with me. I didn't need the headache and told her I would take my business elsewhere. That tells me Cunningham Electric is not interested in providing estimates and will only come out if they are the only ones who will work the job.

They charged the bid price and did not finish the work per floor plan. I love dogs, I don't think it was appropriate to bring your pet with you to someone else's home. The other contractors felt this was unprofessional and they left my project to go to another project. They reused my fan and I cannot say if they charged me for a new fan. I ask for all outlets to be GFCI. They did not do it and the Electrical Inspector said we had enough electrical work done that ALL outlets needed to be change to GFCI. They left a yellow electrical wire exposed. Another electrician put a proper electrical conduit around the yellow wire. They did not submit an itemized list to show what the charges included. I would not recommend this company and I don't think they deserve one star.
