Not wanting to get sun burned while waiting for the SLOWEST old man on the planet to get us checked in we pulled a little out of the lane marks to get some shade. When it came to our turn to get checked in he directed the vehicle waiting behind us to a lane next to us and started checking them in. I have been having items delivered to my home from this location for 10 months now. I have experience a couple of hiccups with their deliveries before, but today is the final straw. I started ordering groceries to be delivered about 2 months ago. One incident about a month ago was part of my delivery made it to my home, but the part was delivered to someone else. I got a refund for the missing 2 items, however it took over 2 weeks to receive it. Today I placed a large order and I was told it would arrive sometime between 6 and 7pm. These were items I needed for tomorrow. I got a notice that it had been delivered at 6:36pm, however I was watching our porch and nothing had come. I contacted the delivery manager at the Walmart and he kept telling me it had been delivered and I kept telling him no it wasn't. He sent me a photo of my groceries sitting on a porch, but it wasn't my porch. He hung up and called the driver who never answered his call. When he called me back he acted like I was lying about not receiving it. I told him that we live about a mile from the Walmart on the same street even and that he could come here and see that the picture is not of my place. He was rude and yes I am ashamed to say I lost my temper with him towards the end, I can't believe the incompetence of this store and this department. Grumpy old employee should go back to bed!!! So there is an older man who was working near the car accessory section very early in the morning time, who litteraly yelled at me like I was a child (I am 28 years old) because I had previously injured my foot & needed to give my foot a rest, so my girl-friend had offered to push me in our cart for a little bit So it didn't get worse. So after she helps me to get inside the cart, & we make it to the end of the isle, this rude ass employee just started yelling at me from half way down the store to "get out of the cart! People put their groceries in there where you just set your butt down!! Get out of there right now (studder studder studder)" He clearly sees me getting out of the cart like he had said to do, and is still yelling at me "I said get out of that cart (studder studder studer)." Like yeah, I know i probably shouldn't have been in there, but we weren't hurting anyone or acting stupid or anything. He was just so rude and didn't need to yell at me. Bought a tire at Walmart weeks ago after a blowout on the freeway. They told me rim was bent. Went back to Walmart with 2 new rims. They put tire off of bent rim on new one and I bought new tire for other side. They took off old tire and put it on my new rim as a spare. They also put 4 new chrome hubcaps (bolt ons) for all 4 tires for free. Good service and quick too. Very pleased. read more

Shelves are always empty like they are going out of business. After getting cheated at Christmas time twice I will NEVER use their layaway again. First time they gave the bike I was buying for my daughter to someone else. The second time we were trying to pay a $100 payment on my layaway. A receipt didn't print but the manager assured us the payment went through and told us our new balance. When we canceled the layaway they said it was not in their system that we made a (cash) payment so we got screwed out of the money. Can't stand walmart as it is but sometimes you need something and you have to go in. This is the first time at this one and the worst we have ever seen. Employees fighting at yelling at each other. Hubby goes and gets manager because nobody in electronics for half hour, he even tells the manager about the fighting. He walks back there with him and looks at the lady and says " will you help this guy"? Turns and leaves. And these people want more money? Fire the manager and start over. I will never walk in there again and I am telling everyone I know not to either. I'm giving one star to the frustrated employee that couldn't find the other employee for a long time. Gets so old..I have a WalMart debit card and have direct deposit and I'm STILL being charged $3 a month service charge BUT it says direct deposits are exempt from that..Secondly, it states on the website that I can deposit a check as long as its UNDER $1000 and the people at the desk tell me, sorry you cant do that..WTF..its about time to take my business elsewhere!! I live in the area, so I have no damn choice but to come here in the late hour after a long day. So my dog and cat needed food. Went inside, grabbed my cat food, headed to the next isle to grab my dog food. I recently changed my dog's dog food because she is getting older and I wanted to get her food that was for joint health. The last time I got her a giant bag of dog food was about a month ago, so I forgot how much the joint-health-dog-food was. I checked on the shelves but there was no price tag. The old dog food that I've been given her for years was about $20 for the same size bag so I figured in my head that it was going to be roughly the same price. So I looked around for an associate to help me get this bag into my cart. I was afraid to get it in the cart by myself; for I had just recovered from back pain due to my daytime job. Couldn't find anyone so, I had to do it myself. My back is okay if anyone reading this is concerned (wink). So I'm strolling along, grabbed (2) banana's and a (6) pack of Arrowhead water. I'm walking up to the front, got in lane number 16. I'm counting my money and was worried if I had enough because I had no idea how much the dog food was. Looking ahead, the cashier lady was talking loud, appearing extremely frustrated about an incident that happened earlier in her line. It looked like she was complaining to (2) managers; they were standing behind a podium listening to her. She was so caught up in her rant that she was blindly scanning items, bagging them, taking money, handing back change with no "Hello! Find everything okay?" ect. So when it came to my turn, she scanned my cat food (still ranting away), bagged it, grabbed her pricing gun thing and scanned the dog food. Mind you, if she wasn't ranting away, I would have explained to her that I wanted to know how much the dog food was so that I could tell her to cancel my items, set the cart aside and run out to my car and get more money. After she scanned it, I saw it was $26 and come change, that's when I (let me used the air quotes) "interrupted" her and said "Excuse me ma'am. I miscalculated my items. Is it alright if I put my cart aside while I run out and grab more funds?" She looked so angry and let out this loud, frustrated sigh like she was so EXTREMELY annoyed. I got offended right away because, how much more polite could I get? I knew she was having a bad day, and I was just trying to break it to her gently by apologizing that "I" miscalculated, I'll shove my items/cart aside for other customers, so that she can BLINDLY get everyone through while she finishes her shitty stories. But what was also getting me was, the managers with their big blue vests on and ear pieces in, whom she was ranting to; were totally witnessing her attitude towards me and how she's been ringing everyone through and didn't/hasn't told her to chill out. So, after she sighed, I gave her an attitude back asking her "Is this okay, ma'am? Or not? Yes, no? Yes, no? Are you quite alright?" I'm going to treat you like how you treat me, lady. She didn't look up at me when huffing and puffing out the word Yes. I walked off giving her the cold shoulder. During the walk to my car, I was debating if I should go to a different Walmart and re-gather my items again. But I was so tired and decided, what's dealing with her shitty attitude again? The last attitude I'm going to receive for today. I brushed it off, got more cash and walked back inside. When I got back, she ran away, and I seen my cart sitting there. 'Good. I don't have to deal with her' I said to myself. I grabbed my cart and tried to find another lane open. Long story short, it was now the customers giving me shit. I said "Excuse me. May I get through?" Now I'm saying this with a smile. No smiles returned as they shoved their carts aside. OMFG!! What the hell is everyone's problem? I went to Walmart yesterday to do a curbside pickup. Ordering went well. They subbed two products but kept the price the same. The fun started when I got to the store. I called the number posted to let them know I arrived. After many rings I got voice mail that said no one was available so please leave name and number and someone will return the call. While I waited for the beep another message said Mailbox Full - Good bye. So guess who still had to go into the store? Fortunately there was a manager right by the door and I explained to him what happened and he said he'd take care of it. An apology would have been nice. I returned to my car and clerk came out shortly to get my info and shortly after that another clerk brought it out. That part was all fine, but the first part kinda defeats the purpose of 'curbside pickup, you never have to leave your car' option. When I got home I found out 4 of my 18 eggs were broken. Not happy about that either. I wanted to order Rebel Ice Cream but they only advertise they carry it. They don't actually sell it. At least not in Apache Junction. One more thing, when I got the chance I went to email to leave a review but the link didn't open up! Not my day. I called today to see about getting 4 good eggs and the customer service was not only NOT apologetic but rude. I was informed they don't accept returns on food. I don't want a return, I want 4 good eggs. If they hadn't put the eggs under my groceries I wouldn't have broken eggs. I am not happy with Walmart. And if you look at posts on Facebook on Walmart's page there's a lot of other out there who are very upset with lousy customer service. read more

Attention Marcia and Jeanie (customer service girls) i was in line at 2pm today with a basket full of stuff, i went to check out and my boyfriends card got declined. i told the cashier that i would be back with my card i left it at home and that i lived down the street. she said ok i'll put your cart in customer service. i go home grab my card and go back to customer service. i told the lady at the counter what had happened and she said ok hold on. she walked out of customer service to go find my stuff. she came back 10 minutes later and said someone put all my stuff away. i was very angry. i asked why they did that, she replied well usually when people say they will be back they don't come back so we put the stuff back. i was back in the store at 240 i was gone for 40 minutes and they didn't hold my stuff for even 40 minutes. the lady said she was sorry and i stormed off to go get my daughters formula at least. i went back to customer service and demanded a discount since they put all my stuff back. the lady said she could not do that. so i asked why she said because she wouldn't. so i demanded a manager. marcia (the store manager) fought with me telling me 40 minutes was to long that they only hold it for 20 minutes. well know one explained that to me. it's not like i was gone for hours. i was only gone for 40 minutes that's from the time my recipe printed out from the register, going back home anf getting my card, standing in customer service line (5 people were in front on me), letting the lady look for my stuff then come back and looked at her watch and said it's been 40 minutes. she refused the help me in any way and wouldn't even give my some kind of discount on my purchase (1 can of formula) she was rude and didn't care about my service. i will not return to thos store due to the manager marcia and the other customer service gal jeanie. worst service ever and extremely rude. read more

After juggling all of us, he stated he did not even work in that department. Just got back from this Walmart. I go here very often. They have these extra people they have hired or pulled off of other areas, they call them Associate Escorts. From what I can see their main job is to grab people by the arm and drag them to shorter lines. My husband and I were in a short line, we had maybe 5 or 6 items in our cart when a Associate Escort came up dragging this guy and his very full cart and proceeded to place him in front of us. When I said Excuse me, I was here, she made some kind of grumbling remark that she could place him in front of us. He looked quite embarrassed by the whole situation and kindly told us to take our place back. We told him no thanks and found another line just a few lanes away with no one it it!! I think these "Associate Escorts" could be better utilized by stocking the empty shelves that this particular Walmart seems to always have OR manning the never enough cash registers.
