( 2 ) Then we noticed a Latina lady with her teenage son and daughter deliberately walk into the front entrance with two very , very aggressive Pug dogs. These two vicious dogs were lunging out attempting to bite random customers. The door greeters welcomed this lady and her two aggressive Pug dogs. This lady was not blind and also not sitting on a wheel chair. So this means these two Vicious and Violent Pug dogs were not service dogs. These two dogs should not be allowed into the store. All service dogs must have documentation to prove they are Service dogs. These two vicious Pug dogs were barking at random customers. The worthless store manager turned a blind eye. ( 3 ) After we were done shopping at approximately 4: 15 P.M, as we were walking to our car this very aggressive pervert wearing , ( Biege pants and a brown short sleeve shirt ) was loitering in the Walmart parking lot, on the south east parking lot. This aggressive male white adult was loitering in the parking lot. We yelled out , " We are not interested "! Than this aggressive pervert kept following us. " He had , what looked like a clip board, in his hands . He finally met up with his partner in a gray small car. These two criminals possibly want to kidnapp women. Than drug innocent women and sell them ? There is no cameras in the parking lot. Some times aggressive predators will kidnapp women using a Strong Tazer . Make sure of your surroundings and avoid talking to strangers. One will approach from the front and the other will approach from the back with the tazar. Than the driver of the van will follow. When you go shopping be alert. Do not talk to strangers. Buy the ,( LOUD ALARM PANIC BUTTOM ). ( 4 ) This aggressive subject approachng cutomers in the parking lot was wearing , ( Beige pants and a brown short sleeve shirt ). This predator might be stalking random women ? Or a charlaton trying to scam customers. That are walking to Walmart. Or walking out of Walmart. Its unknown if this predator has a gun , a knife or a tazer ? He last was observed speaking to the driver of a small gray compact car. This aggressive predator is guilty of loitering in the Walmart parking lot. Calif Penal Code : 647 G. He has no business talking to any of the customers. If he is selling anything he is required to have a city license and a state license. All male and female customers do not talk to strangers. Plus insure you have two or three people with you at all times. Have your cell phone ready to film possible sexual predators. Avoid talking to strangers. This predator had on : ( Beige pants and a short brown sleeve shirt ) . He had dark brown or black hair. No visable tattoos or facial hair. He stood about , 5 foot and 10 inches tall. He could be a sexual predator ? Its unknown if this sexual predator has a gun, knife or strong tazar ? Please be aware of all your surroundings. Avoid talking to stranges. The last person the sexual predator was observed talking to had a small gray car. They are possibly in this scam together ? Sadly we did not see any store security patrolling. I love alway shopping at Walmart. Its very good that this store has a driving patrol security guard. To protect customers and customer's cars from car break in's. However today just prior to 09: 13 A.M. the elderly female white adult driving a security patrol car was driving on occassion must to fast. Where its not posted all vehicles in California are required to drive a speed limit of only 10 miles an hour in shopping centers. Next the elderly female white adult security car driver was observed tailgating other paying customers . When these nice paying customers were stopping at stop signs in the Walmart shipping center parking. The legal space cushion she should be , when she stops behind any stopped car is exactly 15 feet. This is required in accordance with Calif Vehicle Code : 21703. When driving its one car for every 10 miles. However; When stopped behind any car in California the space cushion is exactly 15 feet. The private security company she works for should put her in a safe defensive driving class. To learn the Smith's System of Defensive Driving. We also saw the elderly female white adult security guard driver, slightly yelling at a car in front of her legally stopped at a stop sign . The driver was safely waiting to make sure it was safe to proceed forward. Yet the elderly female white adult security guard , in a security private patrol was waving her left hand out the window demanding that the customer in front of her just dash out . This incident was on the south part of the Walmart parking lot. So if there is accident the only person that would be in trouble , would be the customer, that was coreced under duress by the elderly female white adult , security guard driver. She was yelling and with her left hand out the window , demanding the car in front of her to just dash out. The elderly female white adult security guard driver is forgeting her real job. Her real job is , ( Oberve and Report ). She is not to compel or force any paying customers to just dash the stop signs. I strongly encourage the management of Walmart to dicreetly monitor the driving of the private security guard driving in the Walmart parking lot. Wow, I can't believe it. The date was : March 21, 2020. The day was : Saturday. We were so very shocked . Most of all the shelf's were completely out of everything. Now,what we found extremely very bad customer service . This happened before eight in the evening. The location of this unjustified behavior. It was next to the area where the paper towels are supposed to be. We noticed there was approximately at least three at will employees suspiciously eavesdropping and being extremely very nosy. A couple were having a private conversation . Then at least two male Hispanic adult Walmart at will employees were doing their best to hear or eavesdrop on the private conversation of two customers having a very private and personal conversation. Then there was one tall elder male white adult Walmart at will employee, trying to hear a private and personal conversation of two nice customers. This is called eavesdropping. This should be on the Walmart store camera. Is this part of their job? If this ,is not , in their at will employee hand book and pre -application ? Then this is sadly a breach of implied contract. Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-and 3400. Grounds for termination. Plus: This is hazing customers. To eavesdrop on customers having a private conversation. Its also a violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. For this is no doubt selective enforcement toward paying customers. They are suppose to be stocking the shelves. No ease-dropping on customers personal conversations. This rating is too too good! This store is a prime example of the ills within American society. They regularly have their employees racial profile their black customers. It's been happening for years here and only eased during the Covid-19 restrictive days of 2020. They are back at it in prime form and fashion. There is one particular annoying young light-skinned, female black employee who would have been classified as a house... back in the day. At first I thought she was with the police department. Don't make eye contact with her or she'll give you extra personal service, including watching you scan every item and even check your receipt while you're still at the self checkout kiosk. She's doing too much for the minimum wage she earns. Perhaps she should go back to the big house And really earn her keep. It's bad enough that there store policy includes checking you on the way in and out, but the redundant receipt check at the door is ridiculous. The African American shopping cart puller was pulling carts out so we could not drive in. Yet, he knew we were trying to park. Than again when we went into the Walmart store again the shopping cart puller was yelling at a very nice paying customer that he should only pull shopping carts from the front. I really love the products sold in Walmart. The customer service is not very good. I called electronics. No one in electronics picked up the phone. Then I called the main phone number. Then she transferred me to electronics. Then I waited again. No one in electronics picked up the phone. Then I called the main phone number . It just kept ringing over and over. This is not very good customer service. Some times its important to call before going to the store. The store might not have the product you want in stalk . So rather then take a Uber , a taxi , a city bus, a train or drive in you're car. You should be able to call the store. Then after you call the store . I was tolerant of staffing levels due to covid, but two employees responding to me like this when I tried to purchase a fishing license. "Fishing guy is on break, come back later" Then when a guy came to help me he said... "computer froze, you should just go to big5" he seemed like he didn't want to deal with license transaction. The.
