I have been standing in line waiting for my prescription and they are filling medication straight up ignoring the phone. Don't even bother asking them to order anything for you. You might get it before running out of medicine you might not. God forbid you have a problem with your prescription they will flat out tell you that they will not call your insurance pharmacy help line to get a prescription paid for by your insurance. I have had to reach out to corporate several times to get any kind of help with my prescriptions filled because the technician and pharmacist refused to do their job that they should do it because it is in their job description and is the correct thing to do is take care of your patients. My husband is a veteran and across the street from the store is base housing he is going to make a few calls to other veterans and active duty and tell them not to fill here. They are very very lazy and rude.

Despite everything being completely organized with our insurance and our pharmacy at home and at least 10 phone calls between all of us. They had everything they needed and almost caused my daughter to not be able to go on her trip. We finally went out of our way to the hospital at 9 pm and they literally filled them in 5 minutes.
