I needed some typical things that travelers need, and decided to stop at this Walgreen's which is…read morequite near our hotel. The store was not very busy. A staff person greeted me, and expertly answered my questions as to where to locate the products I needed. Walking the aisles, I found the store to be very well organized, neat and clean. The manager should be proud. In other words, a successful shopping foray.

I'm going to try to sound as respectful as possible, but everyone working the morning shift today…read morewas rude as fuck. If you don't know how to provide basic customer service or speak to people respectfully, you probably shouldn't be working in customer service. I placed a pickup order yesterday for some Maybelline products. Of course, the concealer I received was already open and looked like someone had used almost all of it. I called the store around 7:30 last night and specifically asked if I could come in the morning to return or exchange it. I was told yes, as long as I had my receipt. So I come in this morning, and suddenly I'm being told they can't do anything without a physical receipt. I explained that it was a pickup order and showed them the information from my order. The woman working at the front counter was extremely rude and told me she wasn't going to do the return because the transaction was underneath her name. She literally turned the register around and showed me that she was logged into it. At that point, I asked for a manager. The manager comes around the corner huffing and puffing, and I explain the situation again. I had purchased two Maybelline products that were part of a buy-one-get-one promotion, plus a $5 off promotion. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the defective/open concealer for another color or return it. Instead, they were trying to charge me full price for the replacement product, completely ignoring the promotion that was applied to my original purchase. The entire issue was over a $7 product, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I am NOT someone who normally complains, but I will not stand there and be belittled or made to feel like I'm dumb as fuck when I've worked in customer service for 15 years and know exactly how you're supposed to speak to customers. I have already called corporate, and I will be getting the general manager's information and making a formal complaint. I don't give a fuck who you are--if you work in customer service, you need to treat the people spending their money at your store with basic respect. The product being defective was frustrating enough. The attitude from the employees was what really made this experience unacceptable.

The Customer is always right and it's business. It's all about customer service with me…read more I'm impressed with CVS. But ive caught some of their pharmacist in to many mistakes because they think they know it all. Or to lazy to take the time to do things correctly. You end up paying more money or go without. But I will say Natarrah at Raeford rd goes above and beyond most people I have dealt with. She makes things happen correctly. And really it reflects on how lazy a lot of pharmacist are in this town ! Not only the big cfv pharmacy. But also every spot in town. Not just one particular time. But there have been a few times she always chose to be most helpful. So this is why I'm writing this review. Yea I'm sure there's more like her. They used to have more like her that used to work there. And they are working for someone else. But I have learned to just go to this CVS location. and I hope she's there. I also like the others that work here they have always been friendly. And I speak my mind and they hear it. I'm sure they will learn to be helpful all the same. If they haven't already maybe this review will encourage that's. Because She's a good example like a few before her. I'm not trying to put one person on a pedestal. Or talk down on anyone. I'm just telling the truth. And the truth is a business is only as good as its crew. So because of Natarrah and others like her. CVS on the corner of hope mills and Raeford rd will get my med insurance money. And my cash as long as I keep getting good results. Thanks

Not everyone in this season of the COV-19 is willing to go beyond the normal to help someone…read more However, upon my arrival at the, Bordeaux Drug Store in Fayetteville (NC), I couldn't ask for better customer service if I tried. In my attempt to find gloves to protect my hands during the Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to try smaller businesses within the community I live in, rather than stores further away from my home. Thus, my visit to Bordeaux Drug Company. I remember during the hurricane season three years ago, I was able to get all the water I needed from them because of a bottled water shortage in other stores. I thought to myself that I would seek them out again for medical gloves. Not to my surprise, they were able to help me in my dilemma. Unfortunately, the gloves weren't the ones I was looking for (as they were out of a traditional medical glove) but, I was still able to use the ones they offered and carried at the time. With this said, the representative that helped me is, Ms. Jennifer Bass. She was not only kind and concerned about my predicament, but was eager to help me in any way she could. So, she suggested a different kind of glove with the same benefits as the ones I was looking for. She took the gloves out of the box to show me what they looked like to aid in my decision whether or not to purchase them. The gloves I purchased are "Dermatological Cotton Gloves." Per the label on the box, these gloves are notably "comfortable, soft, and sanitary protection for hands." Likewise, the gloves are "100% cotton, hypo-allergenic, hemmed for a neat appearance, and packaged for easy use." The name of the glove is called the "Cara" Dermatological Glove. Needless to say, I purchased two each, a large and an extra-large. If your fingers are long like my sons' figures are, then you will probably need the extra-large though the glove will not fit snug. That's okay, although the glove doesn't fit snug, it isn't so big/loose that you're having to repeatedly adjust the glove (or pull it up) for it to fit. Ms. Bass told me the price of each glove, (which is $2.05) and stated that she could order more for me if I needed it. I told her "yes, I would like to order 4 more pairs of the gloves." As promised by Ms. Bass, someone called me the following day to inform me that the gloves had arrived and are ready for pickup. My suggestion to anyone looking for anything because of the shortage of items on shelves everywhere...let us not forget the smaller local businesses. They are a great source to meet our needs and it will help to keep their businesses thriving (preventing closures) until things are better.

Maybe you'd like a lunch plate and a fountain coke. Good, fast grill service keeps this place packed on weekdays at lunch, and I suspect the grill keeps the pharmacy open. Im extremely disappointed with how this Pokemon event was managed by Sam's Club…read more I arrived and waited in line during severe weather and was 53 in line . The store reportedly received only 98 boxes, making it clear that strict adherence to the published rules was essential to ensure fairness for all members. During the event, I personally observed a family accompanied by several minor children who each possessed membership cards and were each issued tickets to purchase boxes. To my understanding, Sam's Club membership requires the primary cardholder to be at least 18 years of age. These children appeared to be of elementary school age, yet they were each permitted to participate in the purchase process. The family ultimately left with more boxes than the stated purchase limits appeared to allow. If Sam's Club establishes eligibility requirements and purchase limits, those rules should be applied consistently and equally to every customer. Selective enforcement undermines the integrity of the process and places members who complied with the rules at an unfair disadvantage.
