I needed some typical things that travelers need, and decided to stop at this Walgreen's which is quite near our hotel. The store was not very busy. A staff person greeted me, and expertly answered my questions as to where to locate the products I needed. Walking the aisles, I found the store to be very well organized, neat and clean. The manager should be proud. In other words, a successful shopping foray. read more

I'm going to try to sound as respectful as possible, but everyone working the morning shift today was rude as fuck. If you don't know how to provide basic customer service or speak to people respectfully, you probably shouldn't be working in customer service. I placed a pickup order yesterday for some Maybelline products. Of course, the concealer I received was already open and looked like someone had used almost all of it. I called the store around 7:30 last night and specifically asked if I could come in the morning to return or exchange it. I was told yes, as long as I had my receipt. So I come in this morning, and suddenly I'm being told they can't do anything without a physical receipt. I explained that it was a pickup order and showed them the information from my order. The woman working at the front counter was extremely rude and told me she wasn't going to do the return because the transaction was underneath her name. She literally turned the register around and showed me that she was logged into it. At that point, I asked for a manager. The manager comes around the corner huffing and puffing, and I explain the situation again. I had purchased two Maybelline products that were part of a buy-one-get-one promotion, plus a $5 off promotion. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the defective/open concealer for another color or return it. Instead, they were trying to charge me full price for the replacement product, completely ignoring the promotion that was applied to my original purchase. The entire issue was over a $7 product, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I am NOT someone who normally complains, but I will not stand there and be belittled or made to feel like I'm dumb as fuck when I've worked in customer service for 15 years and know exactly how you're supposed to speak to customers. I have already called corporate, and I will be getting the general manager's information and making a formal complaint. I don't give a fuck who you are--if you work in customer service, you need to treat the people spending their money at your store with basic respect. The product being defective was frustrating enough. The attitude from the employees was what really made this experience unacceptable. read more

Came here to take passport photos and the lady who works and the lady who works in the department was helpful. She made some mistakes but gave me extra photos for making me wait. She told me the digital version of my photo would be sent to my email in about 30 minutes. However when I get home I realized she sent the entire body one that shows me holding my items, while I'm wearing a suit. I came back t tell her there was a mistake and she refused to take any accountability about the situation saying I asked for that one. When I specifically asked for a head shot from my shoulders up. Why would I ask for a whole body picture for a professional shot when I'm holding my phone and keys in my hand? She than smirks at me and doesn't offer any solution. I guess she wants me to spend 18 dollars for a single digital headshot. Don't waist your time here. read more

I'm afraid I have to downgrade the review of THIS LOCATION to 1 star based entirely upon issues with the pharmacist that came in when Megan moved out of state (I don't know if he's still there). I can't even leave an additional star for the staff because they have to follow the directions of the pharmacist. I actually submitted a complaint to their corporate office and had to find a different Walgreens location, which I have no issues with. The problem was entirely that particular pharmacist's made up policies. read more

They watch you from the time you walk into the store! They also have a way to speak in code if they are thinking you stealing and that way is basically calling out loudly over the intercom that a customer needs help even though you haven't requested! read more

Reading some of these other reviews I'm a little taken back. I've gotten a script filled here before and everything was fine. Clearly some of these other people don't understand how this business works. Everyone was very nice and helpful here I waited in line less than 5 mins. Staff was being socially acceptable for the times . I appreciate it . read more

Be very careful here about getting prescription fills. If you decide to get your prescription filled here look at images online to be sure pharmacists are filling your prescription with the correct medication. I called yesterday to check that the pharmacy received the prescription script my doctor sent over and that the medication was in stock (it always has to be ordered). I was told yes to both. This morning I went to pick up the prescription. While the pharmacy was on hold with my insurance company I was told that the medication was put back on the shelf while I was standing at the desk due to a problem with my insurance and the prescription needed to be filled "again." I will point out that although I was standing right there while the tech was on the phone I did not see this action. Ten minutes later the same tech told me that they could not fill my prescription because they did not actually have it in stock. But remember yesterday someone told me the medication was in stock... Also, remember that the tech that was assisting me told me that they put my prescription back on the shelf... There were a couple of possible lies here. 1) When I called to check that the medication was in stock I was told yes and that it being filled. And 2) that they put up my prescription back while I was waiting. But if they put my prescription back up what did they fill it with in the first place if they did not have my medication in stock? If the tech did not lie to me then this means that they filled my prescription with the wrong medication. This is dangerous. As horrible as it is about them possibly giving me the wrong medication, when I asked to speak to a manager to voice my concern the tech asked me, "Why?" She then preceded to tell me that it was a simple mistake and would not get the manager. I have never before been told that I could not speak to a manager over an employee's error. Especially an error as significant as dealing with someone's medication. Now I've already spoken to the corporate office about this, and they were just as disgusted as I am. But I wanted to warn other customers that this is not the location to go to ensure high quality customer service or the accuracy of your medication. read more

Do not use the pharmacy here. It took an entire week to get my prescription filled during which time I was lied to multiple times. The pharmacist seemed to have some kind of problem with me that his manger wasn't aware of. They refused to contact my doctors office to confirm the prescription and as a result I ran out of my meds which is dangerous. I have a suspicion that something was off with my prescription and would suggest they do an internal review of their meds. Stay away from here. read more

Horrible customer service. Echoing all the other reviews here. I moved here for a year long active duty stint at Bragg. I had to transfer my prescriptions from the Walgreens back home and they can't get anything right. But what I hate most is how rude they are about it. They ought to know the majority of their customers are service members. I don't expect a lot, just simple competency and cordiality. If I had to guess I would suppose they go out of their way to stiff service members. Stay far away. read more

They started out OK but are awful now. My provider has had to repeatedly ask them to fax over authorization forms--which they are not doing even though they say they are. With a new medication they filled it pretty fast back in May. In June and now again in July they haven't bothered to send authorization forms yet again. Can't tell if the new med works because these idiots can't do their jobs & fill the prescription. When I call I get an excuse about systems down and please call back in an hour. Sloppy, unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

October 12, 2021 the Pharmacy technician was very rude as I was picking up my order. When I got to the window I gave her all the information needed to pick up my prescription. She then informed me that there was a co-pay and I replied that I've never paid a co-pay for my prescription before and I was asking her why would I pay. She then told me the name of the prescription and I told her that I've had this problem every time I picked up my prescription and that it was the incorrect prescription she then stared at me with no response and I replied that the prescription that I have is no co-pay it is not a generic version it is a branded version and that they usually would have to order it. She then stared at me for about two more minutes and then said OK rudely. After sitting there for about five minutes she said OK well will get it ordered very rudely. I said OK thank you and drove off. I then called the office on October 19, 2021 and asked about my prescription in seeing if it was ready for pick up the technician informed me that I did not have a prescription and that I would have to call my doctor to write a new prescription I told her about the problem I have with the previous technician and she apologized but told me that they wouldn't be able to have my prescription ready until October 21, 2021. I informed her that it was now messing with my hormones and my body for them not to have my prescription ready at the correct time because I have it on auto refill and she said well the only thing we can do now is get in touch with your doctor to write a new prescription so we can get that ordered and ready for you. I definitely understand but I don't understand why every time I come it's not the correct prescription it should be in previous prescription history the correct prescription that I have but they can NEVER seem to get it correct read more

Alright- I totally agree with the review below. I also just moved here and experienced the same thing. The phone wait time is atrocious. You're on hold so long that it goes to the front of the store, they put you on hold back at the pharmacy and the cycle continues. I've called many times and most of the techs/pharm seem to hate customer service. I've spoken to one gentleman who (forgot his name) that's been actually nice and helpful. If you don't have a medication, you should just tell the customer so they can go somewhere else- not waste an entire day. We will be going to the Walgreens on village drive now. read more
