However, I had some errands to run in Fayetteville and decided to come to Sally store #2942 (according to my receipt) and was kindly greeted by Darrion F. His sweet eyes actually lit up when he asked if there was anything he could help me with lol. I told him I knew what I wanted but thanked him for asking. When I saw that the item I wanted was out, I started to just walk out and order it from Amazon. But instead, I asked Darrion if he could please check in the back to see if it was in the store. He gladly took a picture of the product, went to the back and came back 2 minutes later with 2 bottles of the hair color I needed. I had to restrain myself from hugging him lol, so I just settled on asking for his name and posting my great experience on Yelp. I really appreciate him and I hope that his employers see this and appreciate him too!

So ever since I got down to Bragg I have been shopping at Vitamin Shoppe. A little over a month ago…read moreI picked up some preworkout on a buy one get one half off sale that they normally run. As we know, preworkout generally is a 30 day supply.. so I went to open up my second container this morning to find the vacuum seal inefficient resulting in the whole product clumping up like a rock. No big deal, I'll just take it back and exchange I thought. When I get to the store tonight I show it to the cashier and he said no problem, let me get my manager to help you. When the manager came out he didn't even make eye contact with me, instead he asked for my phone number just so he could go into the system to find day I purchased it so that he could tell me it was outside of their 30 day window and there wasn't anything he could do. No apologies for the faulty product or anything, mind you I've spent hundreds of dollars here over the course of a few months. Horrible customer service and an even worse exchange policy. It's cheaper to get the product straight from the website anyway, so that is what I will be doing from now on. Shameful

Overall, I was happy with the seating pieces of an outdoor patio set I recently purchased, but the…read moredamaged fire table that came with it was obviously returned, repackaged and resold. The metal top was dented and bent, which customer service blamed on the carrier company, after asking me to email pictures of the damaged item to customer service, which I did. BTW-The box was in good shape when it arrived. The fact that the fire pit table was previously used was NOT addressed and was obviously NOT a shipping issue, yet I still couldn't get a replacement. (I know it was returned and resold because the area that holds the lava rock was obviously dirty and lava rock dust was packed into the screws near the fire area.) I asked for a replacement top to be shipped or a portion of my purchase price be refunded or credited to my BB&B account. I was told I had to return the whole table as a replacement part was not an option. I agreed to a full replacement of the table but was then told that the item was out of stock and a replacement was not an option. Keep the set w/ the damaged piece or a refund, IF they see fit once I ship the large damaged item back. No thanks- I'll keep it and tell everyone who sees it, how BB&B wouldn't credit my account for the $200 damaged piece they resold to me. BTW - the whole outdoor patio set cost $1,400.
