Line took forever. Actually took me over an hour to get some meds for an active covid infection. These people don't care if you're sick.

I hate to even give a one star...that's too high…read more My doctor called in three prescriptions last night. The pharmacy closes early before fulfilling the prescriptions. I had to have my prescriptions submitted to another location in town. This morning I find out the prescriptions are on hold. I call to inquire about this. Evidently the pharmacy here on Ramsey St did the billing to insurance but didn't fulfill the order for pick and is closed today as well. Until this location opens and reverses the billing to insurance no one can fulfill my prescriptions at the other locations. Seriously...people need meds and can let get them here because they close early and not reopen the next day? These pharmacists should be fired and I should sue. I'm diagnosed with Covid and need the Paxlovid...can't get it because this pharmacist billed to insurance and then closed. I imagine there are other people needing life saving meds who can't get them either. CVS district people should clean house....fire these people .

Look at the google reviews on the location. Something needs to be done about the pharmacy. I drove…read more30 minutes to the CVS location at 404 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301, as this is the closest location to Eastover, NC. Unfortunately, nearly every time I visit, the pharmacy drive-thru is closed. This is the only CVS I've experienced this issue with, despite using other locations in Fayetteville and Raleigh without problems. The drive-thru provides essential accessibility for those who may be picking up prescriptions after ER or urgent care visits and may not want to go inside, risking exposure to illness. It's also vital for people who use canes, wheelchairs, or have limited mobility, for whom getting out of the car can be challenging. Today, I pressed the call button twice and was told "the drive-thru is closed" both times before the line was abruptly disconnected. I was the only vehicle in line. I would've waited to be serviced. There are locations with lines wrapped around the building. This location always looks abandoned and now I know why. When I've gone inside, the staff is often dismissive, and I've had consistently negative experiences. I tried to reach the pharmacy manager by phone but only had the option to leave a voicemail, and ultimately I was unable to pick up my medication after a 60 min drive there and back. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. Due to the ongoing issues at this location, I will be switching to a different CVS and will consider using Walgreens going forward.

Not everyone in this season of the COV-19 is willing to go beyond the normal to help someone…read more However, upon my arrival at the, Bordeaux Drug Store in Fayetteville (NC), I couldn't ask for better customer service if I tried. In my attempt to find gloves to protect my hands during the Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to try smaller businesses within the community I live in, rather than stores further away from my home. Thus, my visit to Bordeaux Drug Company. I remember during the hurricane season three years ago, I was able to get all the water I needed from them because of a bottled water shortage in other stores. I thought to myself that I would seek them out again for medical gloves. Not to my surprise, they were able to help me in my dilemma. Unfortunately, the gloves weren't the ones I was looking for (as they were out of a traditional medical glove) but, I was still able to use the ones they offered and carried at the time. With this said, the representative that helped me is, Ms. Jennifer Bass. She was not only kind and concerned about my predicament, but was eager to help me in any way she could. So, she suggested a different kind of glove with the same benefits as the ones I was looking for. She took the gloves out of the box to show me what they looked like to aid in my decision whether or not to purchase them. The gloves I purchased are "Dermatological Cotton Gloves." Per the label on the box, these gloves are notably "comfortable, soft, and sanitary protection for hands." Likewise, the gloves are "100% cotton, hypo-allergenic, hemmed for a neat appearance, and packaged for easy use." The name of the glove is called the "Cara" Dermatological Glove. Needless to say, I purchased two each, a large and an extra-large. If your fingers are long like my sons' figures are, then you will probably need the extra-large though the glove will not fit snug. That's okay, although the glove doesn't fit snug, it isn't so big/loose that you're having to repeatedly adjust the glove (or pull it up) for it to fit. Ms. Bass told me the price of each glove, (which is $2.05) and stated that she could order more for me if I needed it. I told her "yes, I would like to order 4 more pairs of the gloves." As promised by Ms. Bass, someone called me the following day to inform me that the gloves had arrived and are ready for pickup. My suggestion to anyone looking for anything because of the shortage of items on shelves everywhere...let us not forget the smaller local businesses. They are a great source to meet our needs and it will help to keep their businesses thriving (preventing closures) until things are better.

Maybe you'd like a lunch plate and a fountain coke. Good, fast grill service keeps this place packed on weekdays at lunch, and I suspect the grill keeps the pharmacy open. Stop by for a chance at recalling a memory from childhood... and some great food.

I purchsed these gloves in correlation to the traditional latex/nitral gloves (COVID-19). The "Cara 100% Dermatological Cotton Gloves.
