I'll come here for basic stuff, when I don't want to go to Big Lots or Walmart, but it's not a regular expedition for us. He went back to the employee and told her and asked her for the key and she said he had to talk to the manager. He knocked on the door to talk to the manager and when she finally came to the door she asked him rudely what he wanted. He said our daughter needed to use the restroom and she was aggravated that she had to get off her personal phone conversation to unlock the door. Finally he got our daughter into the bathroom to find it was blocked by inventory. Customer service was so poor and you should never be rude to a customer. I know this is just dollar store but come on people be courteous. And if you don't have a useable restroom fine but let people know so they don't waste time. A 3 year old can only hold it so long.
