The employee didn't know where the bathroom was and finally when my husband found the bathroom the door was locked. He went back to the employee and told her and asked her for the key and she said he had to talk to the manager. He knocked on the door to talk to the manager and when she finally came to the door she asked him rudely what he wanted. He said our daughter needed to use the restroom and she was aggravated that she had to get off her personal phone conversation to unlock the door. Finally he got our daughter into the bathroom to find it was blocked by inventory. Customer service was so poor and you should never be rude to a customer. I know this is just dollar store but come on people be courteous. And if you don't have a useable restroom fine but let people know so they don't waste time. A 3 year old can only hold it so long.

Those balloons are in the aisle near the gift bags and party favors, hanging on a display in a package so they are not filled with helium. When I take the balloons up to the register to pay for them the girl says that they don't blow up those balloons. That doesn't make any sense to me. They have balloons hanging up to the ceiling all over the store so it's not like they don't have a helium machine. I saw them blow up the other balloons so why would they not blow up the balloons that are in the package. Why sell those ballons if they are not going to blow them up for the customer. I thought that was crazy, where would I get those balloons blown up if I were to have purchased them. Since they wouldn't blow up the numbered balloons, I purchased the regular balloons which I watch them fill up with helium. I'm just wondering if that is the policy for all Dollar Tree stores.

This woman screaming at my animal caused my animal to disengage from my side which prevented her from alerting to my disability. This entire thing was a nightmare for me! I dont care if this woman is afraid of dogs, my dog has nothing to do with her and she was behind a cash register stand!
