The self-checkout cashier is always very pleasant. From entering to exiting self-checkout, she provides a friendly greeting. She pretty much assists as needed and demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. Overall, the staff at this location are typically willing to assist if questions are asked. The store manager that I interacted with on another occasion was helpful as well. The seafood department was closed and did not have any fresh seafood in stock, so I had to purchase a different item than intended from the frozen seafood section. I was told that the delivery most likely had not arrived. I was somewhat disappointed about buying frozen fish but I understood that it was a situation beyond their control.

After an hour and 15 minutes, I got a text saying they were beginning my service. After two hours, I went up to the desk to check. A woman said it was almost done. Nearly 30 minutes later, it was finally ready. So 2.5 hours, not one hour. Lucky for me, I had the time to wait.
