There was just three employees standing in there talking to each other. I am putting my items on the belt and the gentleman starts bringing it up and continues reading it up and continues his conversation with the other coworkers. I had over $200 worth of stuff so you know it wasn't a small order. The entire time I was being rung up, he continued the conversation with the other employee. Did not acknowledge Me matter of fact when that when he was done ringing it up, didn't even tell me what my total was put my receipt in a bag didn't even hand it to me. I feel this was the most rude experience. I have had almost anywhere. You do not Continue talking to employees and ignore your customer. I did report it over to the manager customer service and she said she was going to talk to the two employees that were involved. If you work in customer service, I know it's difficult. I've done it plenty of times myself. But the number one rule is you acknowledge your customer. Acknowledge them when they walk up to. You acknowledge them when it's time to leave. I will continue going to the store, but I will think twice about using that gentleman or the lady. I'm not gonna mention names, when I go to the checkout again.
