Tell me why this lady comes up with an attitude asking what we wanted and why we were bothering her . She then proceeded to tell us that she couldn't keep anything unlocked because she couldn't risk "anyone taking it" which I understand except she then said "I wouldn't expect someone coming off of work 7 beers drunk to understand" to my dad. Mind you I work in nursing and my dad's a blue collar Hispanic man who was in no way, shape, or form drunk or drinks at work. We're just trying to pick up some things and go home lady! So now she's given me reason to suspect why she was rude to us. Now at this point she's pissed me off, not only do you not want to do your job but now you're making stuff up, stereotyping and being difficult? My dad is a kind man and let it slide but if she encounters me and does that to me again I will make sure the manager hears from me and she gets disciplinary action.

I have seen her do this with other customers as well not just me or because I am there often. I am not some special case. She truly cares about everyone she serves I have dealt with substitute pharmacist there and have not always had this experience which OK she seven days a week. She may not be able to solve every issue immediately, but she will do everything she can for you.

The cashier was at another cashiers register gossiping and as soon as they saw me they disappeared.... No hi, no be right back no nothing..... I'm standing dumbfounded... It only got worse when my cashier came out a few minute later with a box and that's when she finally acknowledged me telling me give her a minute She looked like she was going to come right over after putting down the box but nope she pulled out a Blade and started opening it. By this time I felt stupid and not very happy, so I take my stuff to self checkout after seeing it was open (I had a lot of time standing around to look) and tell her no thank you. Of course there was only $50 on the card. So it was denied. I didn't realize it because it was actually a "gift card" that should have been used up with that payment. Only when I got a SECOND bill showing the original amount, with NO PAYMENT posted PLUS a $10 late fee did I call. I looked at the card "statement" and saw where they tried to post the full amount of the bill. I told the lady I could give her the card number again if she would only run it for $50. I asked her after it went through could she please look at getting the late fee removed as I had sent it in on time and didn't even have insurance to help. She didn't act like she wanted to remove the charge because I had only made a partial payment, but then asked me to hold. After holding she came back and said she had applied a discount code since no insurance was used and it was now paid in full. SO MAKE SURE YOU CALL!!
