Mind you I work in nursing and my dad's a blue collar Hispanic man who was in no way, shape, or form drunk or drinks at work. We're just trying to pick up some things and go home lady! So now she's given me reason to suspect why she was rude to us. Now at this point she's pissed me off, not only do you not want to do your job but now you're making stuff up, stereotyping and being difficult? The lady at the drive through was absolutely horrible. She spoke down to me and was very dismissive. She asked for my last name and then went and grabbed a prescription. She was ready to give it to me and then I stopped her because it was the wrong prescription and not mine. After all that, they didn't even have my prescriptions. My doctor was immediately blamed. It was definitely not his fault and that was established. I called today and spoke with Octavia and she was able to fix everything. Turns out, even if there are still refills remaining, Walgreens policy is not to refill if the prescription is over 120 days!!! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The other problem is that they don't communicate this, they just don't fill it. When I called and spoke with the store manager about another issue, her response "You finally got your prescription so I don't know what you want me to do?" Well, I would want to know if my employees are not doing their job so that it can be addressed by YOU!

I've always had such positive experiences with her and her staff and I visit at least once a month. She has helped me with She has helped me when my prescriptions were incorrect or late and she has taken time to make sure that I am doing well with my medication. I have seen her do this with other customers as well not just me or because I am there often. I am not some special case. She truly cares about everyone she serves I have dealt with substitute pharmacist there and have not always had this experience which OK she seven days a week. The woman deserves day off, but I try to only come when I know she is the pharmacist. I suggest if you have had issues in the past with this Pharmacy - reach out to Danielle specifically for help. She may not be able to solve every issue immediately, but she will do everything she can for you.

Unfortunately, we are coming from evening Urgent Care appts and getting to the pharmacy within minutes of the pharmacy closing. It's never been a problem and the pharmacist always makes sure that we get the medicine we need and goes over the instructions with us. She always takes the time and never rushes us. This is now my go to pharmacy for now on. In my opinion, they are the best pharmacy in the county.
