She then proceeded to tell us that she couldn't keep anything unlocked because she couldn't risk "anyone taking it" which I understand except she then said "I wouldn't expect someone coming off of work 7 beers drunk to understand" to my dad. Mind you I work in nursing and my dad's a blue collar Hispanic man who was in no way, shape, or form drunk or drinks at work. We're just trying to pick up some things and go home lady! So now she's given me reason to suspect why she was rude to us. Now at this point she's pissed me off, not only do you not want to do your job but now you're making stuff up, stereotyping and being difficult? I've always had such positive experiences with her and her staff and I visit at least once a month. She has helped me with She has helped me when my prescriptions were incorrect or late and she has taken time to make sure that I am doing well with my medication. I have seen her do this with other customers as well not just me or because I am there often. I am not some special case. She truly cares about everyone she serves I have dealt with substitute pharmacist there and have not always had this experience which OK she seven days a week. The woman deserves day off, but I try to only come when I know she is the pharmacist. I suggest if you have had issues in the past with this Pharmacy - reach out to Danielle specifically for help. She may not be able to solve every issue immediately, but she will do everything she can for you.

Unfortunately, we are coming from evening Urgent Care appts and getting to the pharmacy within minutes of the pharmacy closing. It's never been a problem and the pharmacist always makes sure that we get the medicine we need and goes over the instructions with us. She always takes the time and never rushes us. This is now my go to pharmacy for now on. In my opinion, they are the best pharmacy in the county.

Of course there was only $50 on the card. So it was denied. I didn't realize it because it was actually a "gift card" that should have been used up with that payment. Only when I got a SECOND bill showing the original amount, with NO PAYMENT posted PLUS a $10 late fee did I call. I looked at the card "statement" and saw where they tried to post the full amount of the bill. I told the lady I could give her the card number again if she would only run it for $50. I asked her after it went through could she please look at getting the late fee removed as I had sent it in on time and didn't even have insurance to help. She didn't act like she wanted to remove the charge because I had only made a partial payment, but then asked me to hold. After holding she came back and said she had applied a discount code since no insurance was used and it was now paid in full. SO MAKE SURE YOU CALL!!
