If you don't check the hours and figure out a good time to pick up your prescription that's your problem no theirs. If you were working even at your own job and some one asked you to keep working during a time that is mandated as your lunch time wouldn't you be upset that someone doesn't understand that your human and you have to eat too. Another thing is calling into the pharmacy, I've called left a message like any other CVS, other pharmacy I've been to and they call you back usually within the hour and if they don't just wait or go in person and ask what the status is because maybe there was an issue that was going to take longer. Also the people at the front are helpful, as some one who has been going to this CVS for 4 years and going I have not had a bad experience.

The customer service is horrific and that was an interaction with a pharmacy technician! Even if you're completely slammed, totally stressed , you still have to be respectful and polite to your customers and definitely do not make your customer feel like she does not know what she's talking about! I know when the prescriptions were last ordered, for some reason on CVS side they don't see when the last prescription was ordered! She told me that it only shows sometime in 2025 , the last prescription was picked up in June 2026 but she said couldn't see it because it was at the target CVS. But when we were discussing a previous medication just minutes before ,she told me she could see all the CVS locations we got medication from! Most importantly when it comes to a prescription that a customer needs and we've been getting our prescriptions at this location for two years. I don't believe we should be told to call the doctors office or go to the ER to get a prescription.

I found a shirt that I liked in the clearance section but the $7 on the tag actually meant it was $7 off the original price. Not that the price was $7, so that was confusing. I'm not sure why they don't just leave the clearance price on the tag, rather than how many dollars are off.

Told me to use mosquito repellent spray so I did and now my headlights are completely ruined you can't see anything other than white goo stuck clouding the entire lights I tried washing and off nothing. I called Walmart corporate spoke to a very nice gentleman who assured me that these two will be under investigated and possibly fired as well as giving me a case number for me to continue to seek litigation for not only destroying my car but for sure slander defamation of character and for making fun and a mockery in public taking advantage of someone whos suffering with special needs including PTSD and anxiety disorder . It could have been an easy fix even one of the other mechanics said that he had no problem fixing it and that it deserves to be fixed so I was quite surprised on how they handled this so I called back corporate and fill them in on how they handled this they said they'll be checking the cameras plus I sent them the audio recording of him initially telling me about the mosquito repellent "HACK" it would have took them no longer than 10 minutes to fix the problem and now we have to go to the legal route. And if Walmart chooses to the side that how their employees behavior with justified only goes to show you what kind of company this actually is have they have no problem laughing along at people with mental health to disorders in tricking them into purchasing products that aren't needed or meant for this. If you agree that if they don't fix the problem or give these employees the boot it only means that they agree with treating people with special illnesses and disabilities like crap it's okay and accepted

I used the app and it used to function efficiently but as of late the app is horrible. It takes forever to process a prescription and it won't let you know when it's ready. It can't even figure out its own delivery service. I'm about done with this pharmacy but not real sure where to go and not have the same problems. Fix the app or higher more people. Don't even start with me on the closed for lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 thing. Give me a break

I don't bother with food items, since I like to pick my own fruits and veggies. My review is base on anything that isn't fresh produce. I've ordered beauty products, Clothing items, toys, cleaning supplies and all. I even buy multiple sizes in clothes in case I am not sure of size and since low inventory can be an issue. I like that you can now do returns from the car and love that we can add Starbucks to our pick up. The staff are on it and if you enable your location, they can see when you're going to be arriving and have your order ready.

The water flow periodically stopped flowing, which defeated the purpose of providing cool water to my recent knew replacement. I spoke with Wallace equipment on Friday and was informed that if the issue continued, they would come out and trouble shot it. So today I called and was told by Dale that there's now a delivery charge on a product that I'm renting from them. Yet Friday there wasn't any mention of a charge. I'm just curious, having a knee replaced and living 10 miles south of Wallace Equipment. Am I supposed to hop in a vehicle and bring it to them when I'm not driving. My GF works 8-to-5, so it's tough to get into Wallace Equipment during their business hours. Great Service Dale !

I visited Central Coast Pharmacy for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had to have a new…read moremedication compounded for my cat's special needs. I was greeted by a very nice woman and pleasantly surprised by her genuine caring and friendly attitude toward me. She smiled a lot. She knew I'd never used the medication. It took an oral syringe to administer the meds. It was small and appeared to be tailored to cats. With tiny measurement markings. She marked with a piece of tape the place on the syringe to make it easier for me to withdraw the appropriate amount confidently. (I'm 70 and not nearly as confident performing new tasks) But her doing just a little extra by marking the syringe made a big difference in my confidence. The pharmacy inventory itself was totally unique! For the holidays there were charming and creative decorations that made me smile and will continue to spread joy during future seasons. There were unique gifts for your favorite Cowgirl and artistic holiday decorations. I highly recommend taking the time to go into the pharmacy. It will make you feel good experiencing their carefully curated gifts and decorations. I'm looking forward to returning for the refill and more closely looking at their unique and delightful items.

Plus the delivery company told me it was a standard order and they didn't have to deliver the same day, poor customer service! Plus half my order was to be delivered and the other half was store pick up, how stupid is that! I talked to an employee when I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup and he said to ignore it that it was out for delivery. I ended up going to the store to pickup my order and told them to refund my delivery charge but they said the refund had to be refunded through the delivery company. What's up with that! I just cancelled the order!
