I like that you can now do returns from the car and love that we can add Starbucks to our pick up. The staff are on it and if you enable your location, they can see when you're going to be arriving and have your order ready.

If you were working even at your own job and some one asked you to keep working during a time that is mandated as your lunch time wouldn't you be upset that someone doesn't understand that your human and you have to eat too. Another thing is calling into the pharmacy, I've called left a message like any other CVS, other pharmacy I've been to and they call you back usually within the hour and if they don't just wait or go in person and ask what the status is because maybe there was an issue that was going to take longer. The customer service is horrific and that was an interaction with a pharmacy technician! Even if you're completely slammed, totally stressed , you still have to be respectful and polite to your customers and definitely do not make your customer feel like she does not know what she's talking about! I know when the prescriptions were last ordered, for some reason on CVS side they don't see when the last prescription was ordered! She told me that it only shows sometime in 2025 , the last prescription was picked up in June 2026 but she said couldn't see it because it was at the target CVS. But when we were discussing a previous medication just minutes before ,she told me she could see all the CVS locations we got medication from! Most importantly when it comes to a prescription that a customer needs and we've been getting our prescriptions at this location for two years. I don't believe we should be told to call the doctors office or go to the ER to get a prescription.

CVS is actually a store with the pharmacy inconveniently located in back of the store - so far away…read morein the back for a sick person who is hacking and wheezing or just feeling ill to reach the service counter. So if you have a cold, flu, or covid, you expose everyone in the store to your germs as you walk the aisles all the way back to reach the actural pharmacy counter. Likewise, if other sick individuals are accessing the pharmacy, you end up at risk of being exposed to their illnesses because there is no drive up window. This should be considered a health issue. If I am sick, I don't want to enter the store and expose others and likewise would hope the same consideration from others. There are miles of carpeted floors stepped upon daily by hundreds of people day after day. This is another health issue. It is gross and makes me wince evertime I enter. The store has a stale odor, not a fresh, clean air smell. This could be from miles of carpet or poor air filtration for such a large space. The advertised hours are deceptive. The store may be open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 10 p,m,, but this is not the actual pharmacy hours which is the only reason I want to go there. The pharmacy hours are limited and not readily available nor posted online. The pharmacy was closed at 6 p.m. but those hours are not advertised. My dissatisfaction with CVS is due to my mistake in not doing more research after the closure of Rite Aid and transferring my prescriptions to CVS. I plan to change to the pharmacy down the street that offers better counter service, feels and smells cleaner, and provides 24 hour availability plus has a drive up window.

As corn is used to Stick tablets together thyroid, vitamin, muscles relaxants, soft-Poop, antihistamine are all problems. I I think have been with scince 1994. knownageble about medications. As have to be hand-made prices are reasonable. date 7-7-2026. greatly helpful.
