They are usually able to get me an appointment on a day's notice if I really need it which has been a life saver. With prosthetics, things can get uncomfortable quick! After finally getting the appointment to get my new C-pap, they called me the day before (today) to tell me that they are "short staffed" and needed to postpone my appointment by another two weeks. I notified my MD who had to make a special call to them to rectify. As of yet, I have an appt tomorrow, we'll see how it goes. We are off to a BAD start. I will augment this review pending how the rest of the service goes.. UPDATE: Ok, so the gal they sent out had never worked with Wallace (she works for a different company, so third party?), was not familiar with their forms, and not very familiar with the c-pap machine (had difficulty with the power cord). Furthermore, she had limited supplies as "her office" had been recently closed and had limited supplies, and FURTHERMORE, what she did have had wrong sized equipment in the wrong box, so she left me with a large which we gathered was the wrong size but that's all she had. I'm extremely skeptical at this point. I'm going to use what she left me tonight. We'll see how it goes.. UPDATE II: So it looks like Wallce contracted with a 3rd party? (High Desert Medical and Sleep Supplies). I wouldn't trust either one.

He's also contracted to stay in communication with me throughout my adjustment period and continued use of the equipment. And Vons, with rather rude people as well, and an insistence on child lock, childproof caps on everything. And they won't change it because, they want everybody to have the same caps. So with bigger cap that's convertible, I can't fit them into my normal storage areas. Anyway not a big deal but the overwork that they suffer, the fact that there are long lines at the CVS store in Marsh and the fact that the Vons people can sometimes be rather rude as well as failing to fill some desperately needed pain medications on time, means I had to find somebody else. Luckily I found Best Care pharmacy. They have always been courteous, helpful, patient, and the place is never crowded, you never have to wait in a long line. As a matter of fact out of the five times I've been there I have only had to wait once for one person in front of me. They are very well staffed. According to the manager, the pharmacy and its medical equipment store has a total of 20 employees. The only thing they lack is what we used to call a fountain back in the '50s and '60s. That's where you could get a soda, a root rear float, a banana split, or a real milkshake. Not a foam shake like you get from McDonald's or in and out burger. But a real milkshake. Anyway my mind is wandering. They're a great place for prescriptions and medical equipment. Try them. You will like them.

The lady at the front desk has no respect for people, when my dad found out that the mask that they sold him was not the right one (did not fit for his CPAP) and was not supposed to be for sell we asked for a refund. They acted careless and refused to refund all his money. The price of the mask was $100 and after Michelle (yelling at us) said that they had a non return policy on any of their products, they ended up refunding only $75. This is not right..
