crazy good deals and great prices. warm welcoming community and service. great selection

Asked for weeks when they'd be getting a product back in stock and they kept telling me it'd be soon but that they didn't have an exact date. After 3 weeks and asking turns out they're going to stop carrying the product and just found out. Dysfunctional to say the least when it comes to their own inventory. read more

Overpriced, horrible selection, selling low grade shit like it's gold.Avoid this place go to N. H.C. Better prices better service

This place is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money here. Customer service is terrible, store organization as awful employees don't care and the products are sub par. I went in just looking for indica pre rolls as I cannot stand sativa. I had to go find someone to help (in a store that's the size of a bedroom). I finally was able to find them. Nothing was labeled in the place so I asked the employee to confirm they were indica. She said they were. I asked a second time if they were only indica. She said they were. I asked a third time when we were checking out "these are only Indica right? I know I've asked you three times now I just want to be sure." She told me that the pack I had was only indica there was another pack on the wall that was sativa. I go home, and what do you know all hybrids or sativa dominant hybrids. I go back in to get my money back and they don't take opened products. (The box was opened. The jar with the pre rolls is still sealed) They offered me in store credit since I was "deceived" on what I purchased. Which ended up being like 50-60% of what I paid for a product I specifically said I didn't want. TLDR: Go 3 minutes down the road to NHC they are better in every single way. read more

That guy Logan was pretty chill, they had a really good selection and lots of stuff on sale, definitely coming back

They have better prices than nhc but they don't have as many brands in terms of topicals and tinctures. I went to perfect union today for the first time. Logan was the person that helped me and he was great. He was very friendly and patient. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find exactly what I needed. He did look up strains for the edibles to help me figure out the best one for my needs. He was also down to help me find affordable options. I felt like he really cared about my experience. I will be back! P.s. their website is terrible and doesn't have everything on it that is actually in the store read more

I've been a customer of Perfect Union, here and in Napa, for over five years. I placed an order on-line and went to check out, but could not use an offer from "Janegold". I realize Janegold is a 3rd party, but it's one YOU contracted with to provide offers to your customers, Perfect Union-- maybe figure out how it is supposed to work? Anyway, I called to confirm that if I placed an order on-line I could pick it up the next day, and they said yes-- I said I'd go pay for it on-line, and the woman on the phone said "oh, you can just pay cash when you come in." Great! When I went in the next day, they wouldn't honor the daily deal prices from the prior day-- and were incredibly condescending and rude about it. Keep in mind, I had PLANNED to pay the prior day, but first their "third party" processor didn't work, and then their customer service rep told me I could just pay the next day. Obviously, the daily deals were the reason for my concern, which I expressed to her-- why would you give out the wrong info and then blame the customer for it? I will NEVER go back here. I always leave a tip (even though no service is provided, you are just buying a product) and consistently spend over $300 per month. It's too bad, but after 5 years of being a loyal customer I deserved better. read more

Katelynn. Enough said. (But I'll continue ) She is friendly and knows her stuff! Don't believe me? Just ask her. I love Perfect Union. The prices alone - compared to those "other places"... do yourself that favor and check them out TODAY! read more

I came to Morro Bay for a wedding. My anxiety was through the roof. I really needed meds. I found Perfect Union online and visited the shop. My mind was blown!! Everyone was friendly, check-in was easy and their deals were awesome. I received good freebies for being a first time customer, and some great products. I returned to Perfect Union every day I was in town, and I will visit again on my next trip to Morro Bay. read more

Perfect Union - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Morro Bay, California

This a good dispo to hit up if you're in the area. They have a pretty wide variety of products with a lot of staff and knowledge regarding the products. If you don't know what you want don't be afraid to walk in and ask questions, the staff are very kind and caring and can help you with your selections. Goodies too for first time patients. Something I really appreciated was that when I asked for a fire 1/8 they showed me their most fire 1/8 and not their most expensive 1/8. The staff cares about the customers. They have an express lane if you order online so you can get in and out quickly as well. I recommend this dispensary highly, but I will say if you need CBD products you are better off going elsewhere. Nonetheless, great shop. Will probably go again next time I'm here. read more

Perfect Union - An 1/8 of sweet pee from fig farms (best bud they had at the time) with a free CBD transdermal patch and 1g Mai Pie preroll - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Morro Bay, California

I think maybe potheads are hard to please or something. There are a bunch of poor reviews. Well I found the staff and security down to earth and helpful. I'm a new user and told the nice lady at the counter and she told me what she advised and I bought that and got another one free. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Well done read more

It's a small dispensary with limited supply and there's a good chance that products advertised on the website are not available when you get to the store - which sucks when you place an online order from out of town and don't know until you get there that your order wasn't completed because they don't have the product. "Oh, but we got something to substitute for what you ordered," they'll tell ya. Fortunately, there's a nearby dispensary with better selection and inventory.. read more

Ever time I come here I'm so dissatisfied with the customer service. NHC is way better than this place. Today I wasn't even buying anything just walking my dog outside of the building and the security was so rude. Last time I checked I'm allowed to walk on the public sidewalk with my pet. read more

Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, everyone is inviting, and the selection is neatly displayed in front of you. Small and quaint establishment so expect there to be a short wait time. read more

Not impressed. Administration went on a 5 minute explanation of all the things you aren't allowed to do- a lot of them being common rules. Displays lacked product and didn't have a lot to choose from. Got more of a "trap shop" vibe. Why come here when you can go down the street to a dispensary that has 10x the product and a personal 1:1 experience with a budtender? read more

Avoid! Crap service! BS customer service email. These guys sell stale products and don't resolve any issues. Urban Leaf is way better and worth the drive. Highly suggest shopping there and not wasting time or money here! read more

when I arrive I go to get my order I placed online because they said it was ready for pick up and I arrive and my order isn't ready and they are completely out of stock of my items and couldn't bother to call or text to let me know that they are out of the items or if I even wanted a replacement. I wasted my time and my gas and money to go to then because they said my order is complete the and ready for checkout but it wasn't and also the waiting time was so long for just 2 people ahead of me. I'm not one to complain about stuff but I've been here to perfect Union a few times and everytime isn't an experience and not a good one either. read more

Love this shop. It is a smaller shop which makes you feel like you are getting personal attention from everyone. I was so nervous the first time I went in because I had never experienced going in to this kind of shop and didn't know what to do or expect. They made me feel so comfortable. For fun, I read the reviews and I'm really disappointed by the negative reviews. Really, who cares who the security guard is employed by and calling him fake is just plain petty. He is so kind. I've never experienced any unkind staff. Maybe you are not kind and you get what you dish out. read more

I finally stopped by Perfect Union today and was pleasantly surprised by the 1 on 1 service I received. I would highly recommend them..

Had to leave a review because I always have a great experience here. The service is fast and very great and they even helped jump start our car after we left. Shout out to Mandy! read more

Just wanted to try a pre-roll. one person helping me then another takes your $$$ of course they screwed me ! Told me I'd get another free if I spent over a certain amount $ not. For charging me $ they want to give me 10% off NEXT purchase HA , they are not the only place in town now ! No thank you. read more

I used my coupon online. The website gave me a price. It recognized my name. Two guys at the counter. A new guy. I felt for him. Lost. Gave my name. They did not listen to me. They would not could not figure it out. I knew I was in trouble when the new guy was befuddled by the register. His trainer panicked, because he had other customers. The new guy started doing something else! Try again, no, Happy15 they didn't get it. I politely declined to be ripped off, and walked out. As an exercise in futility, I placed the same order. Hmmm. I was right. Oh well, I drove straight to Megan's, because they always get it right, they treat customers with respect, and listen. Never again, I'd rather drive further, for a happy experience. Same must go for the staff, because they have quite a turnover. read more

Super cool little spot on the corner of Quintana and Kings street. Just opened a couple of weeks ago. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze. Prices are reasonable. I believe they're open from 9am-9pm 7 days a week. Lots of cool daily specials too. Overall, great first experience. read more

Perfect Union - Dispensary - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Morro Bay, California

There was a gentleman that was friendly. They didn't have very many brands or options. I like to get a bigger amount of green however they don't or didnt carry it. They tried to make an OZ out of little package but was going to charge me $75 more. I wanted to try there and not be rude since it is closer to home and less anxiety for me. However that wasn't the case. read more

Johnny you are telling me to get back to you on an email address that isn't even valid regarding the review I left a couple months ago

Kinda lame. Called 15 minutes before closing with a to go order and was turned away. Not a first time customer but like, if your not open till 9, close at 845- right? read more

Amazing staff. Friendly, helpful, and covid cautious! Jackie was a huge help and so fun to be around. I'll be back again soon!

Placed my order online and selected curbside pick up because I'm immune compromised. I got there, called the phone number on the sign, it rang three times and went to voicemail. I tried it again and again and again. Finally I went inside. As I was in the crowded waiting room - the one thing I was trying to avoid - I called the number again and watched as a cold blonde woman behind the glass did absolutely nothing as the phone rang right next to her. When it was my turn I mentioned that I'd ordered curbside for a reason and she was a complete bitch, saying she'd only been there 2-weeks, and didn't know why they even had curbside anymore. No apology, no "sorry for your inconvenience" just a cold bitchy attitude. Someone needs to tell the District Manager that that check-in woman should be fired. All the other employees at Perfect Union have been wonderful all the other times I've been there. Guess I'll go elsewhere from now on. read more
