Today when I went to pick up my prescription I was told I couldn't use good RX anymore. So because I have insurance, I have to pay more for my prescriptions. I had it sent to Melrose Pharmacy. I was out of my rx yesterday and arrived at 9 am (their posted opening) No one was there. Around 9:15 an employee showed up and parked right in front of the door- hope no handicapped customers need that spot! She was very rude and said she couldn't find my Rx. She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it. I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by Brooklyn with a kind smile and welcome and given some direction as to where I needed to go. I was then kindly greeted by Mannie, Mgr and was connected with Norman; who took it from there and made sure that my needs were taken care of. I was in and out in very little time. Each one of the above individuals mentioned, was very customer focused; kind and went over and above and made me feel like such a part of the Walmart family.
