Called main number needing to talk to someone in nearest local store in order to confirm online info about prescription drug disposal. Including whether or not they accept bottled/boxed/carded drugs, or all drugs have to be removed from all packaging & bottles. Info not on website. But after several attempts to get through their phone tree directly to the store to ask these questions (or even find recorded info on drug return), I was stuck in the phone tree or hung up on every time. The most unkind and rudest people work here! After waiting for my prescription for 4 days, I ran out of patience. They were not even willing to tell me which nearby store might have my medicine since they don't have it. These rude people can ruin your whole day. Avoid this horrible store if you can! read more

I have been with them since 2017 and had no problem. 15 days ago my neurologist prescribed a seizure medication and the have given me the run around. They could at least be honest enough to say we won't fill this rx instead of giving me fake times and days. My normal pharmacy was closed for Saturday. So, I thought CVS. Tried to get a prescription filled and they close from 1:30 - 2 for a mandatory break which I was unaware of and was not explained to me... I thought they were closing for the day at 1:30. Once I figured that out on my own, the RUDE tech did not explain that they did not accept my insurance until after waiting to get the prescription card information and input into their system... then they reopened at 2, I was told they don't partner with blue cross blue shield of Texas... Wouldn't the tech already know that or was he just trying to get the cash value. IDK But that is ok... Walgreens saved the day. I hate giving out reviews like this but consumer beware! read more

I was told my insurance would not cover one of my children's prescriptions. I asked them only to give me the ones covered. My bank card was charged over $300 for the uncovered meds. They told me they could not refund the money because it was a controlled substance they already gave it to me. read more

CVS sent me two text messages stating that my Rx was ready to be picked up. I stand in a long line at the pickup inside. Clerk has difficult understanding numbers when I gave my date of birth. Sent me to the drop off counter. That clerk was clueless, no help and could care less. Sent me back to the pickup line. After another long line wait, original clerk was clueless again asking me if my one Rx was ready? Finally, one hour later I received my one prescription. Rude clerks with attitudes. I rarely give poor reviews but this place is a disorganized mess. I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 15 years in 5 different states. This CVS has me looking for other options. It's takes 3-4 phone calls and visits every month to get my daughter's prescription. Every time I show up, there is a different reason why the prescription is not ready. The latest prescription - I was told would be filled last week. When I went to pick it up, they said it would be filled today. Now I'm told they are out of inventory and it should arrive in 3 days (they placed the order this morning after I was told to pick up this morning). My daughter has gone multiple times missing medicine because they keep changing what they tell me. Some of the staff is super nice but there are also some pretty rude people- one lady always talks over me and hangs up while I'm speaking (and I have never been rude because I figure it will get me nowhere.). I really wish they would hire some people who weren't such a disorganized mess. read more

Great service once again! Thank you Matthew your professionalism shines through. I get a lot of prescriptions for my husband here every month. The service I am given is very helpful especially when I get emotional because the insurance company no longer allows me to get a lifesaving drug for my husband because they deem it not necessary. I'm not sure an insurance company should get to choose the best prescription for my husband. I'm thinking his cardiologist should get that job. We got it all figured out with Matthew my husbands Cardiologist and the staff at the Ferris Ave CVS in Waxahachie Texas. Absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting a simple consultation with a pharmacist. She actually was determined to exhibit how disinterested she could be by not only not listening to the details of my condition, but also not even looking me in the face as I explained the details of my problem! She constantly looked to her left or right or up at the ceiling as I tried to solicit advice on the correct path to treat a health condition- something she has presumably spent years studying and practicing and WAS HIRED TO DO! It was like she wasn't even present! It was the rudest treatment I have ever received in a customer service situation. She refused to listen, made a gross display of her apathy and left this customer with the feeling that she would prefer I die than give me even the simplest of advice. Seeing how disconnected she was to the reality of a customer seeking help, I got the feeling she must have been into some of the drugs with which she has so mistakenly been left in charge! read more

O stars. I went to pick up medication and they said it would not be until next day at 1pm. Went the next day and they said until 9pm next day. Went third time and they say until next day. I asked why was it that they could not full it and no response just to come next day. I asked what time and pharmacist hesitated and gave me noon. I asked again what is the problem. No reason. I had been calling since Friday talked with five separate people and Abby was the only willing employee to assist. Abby, I can't thank you enough for your kind ways, the world needs more of YOU! Total incompetence! They lose your prescriptions and then you have to contact physicians to resolve things. Also rudest employees ever. You can stand in line 15 minutes or more with no one in front of you and not even be acknowledged. Moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I should have looked at the reviews for the pharmacy for this location before i had my stuff sent here. That's my fault, but I've never had issues at any other cvs so I didn't think about it. After speaking with the pharmacist Tech for several minutes in the drive-through line she asked me to come inside. (They were having issues pulling something up on their computers) So, I parked and came in, once I came in the pharmacist looked me up and down (mostly at my tattoos, I have a full sleeve) with disguist. The tech continued to help me at the window when the pharmacist yelled my full name from the back of the pharmacy and told me they were closed now and she couldn't help me anymore. Then they proceeded to ring up and check out another customer with her prescriptions. I am 100% sure she was treating me badly because of my tattoos. I went to the front and asked to speak with the manager, who told me it was their policy and denied they helped another person after me but I took a picture of it. read more

Went to print pictures off of my phone, spent over an hour there. The kiosk was not working. I asked the lady behind the counter for help and she just looked at me. No help. So I tried a different machine and finally got to print off my pictures. When I was ready to check out I had to wait on the cashier as she was talking to a regular customer about his wild drunken weekend... read more
