We arrive at the facility and was greeted by a young lady with admissions Mrs. Rivers. She walked us threw step by step about everything we would expect. All of our questions and our worries were put to ease. So professional and well spoken. But my complaint is that we were told someone would be meeting us at the hospital to kind of walk us through the process, but no one ever did. The reason for the 4 star is only because of that sweet young lady Mrs. Rivers, if not for her we wouldn't have known what to expect. So, whoever is in charge make sure the person is meeting with the people before they come to your facility.

Over time, my respiratory health continued to de line and he referred me to a Thoracic Surgeon for further treatment. Over the past few years, I have had several Broncoscopes with balloon dilation. I couldn't understand her so an American employee told me what the foreigner was asking. Why couldn't the American ask the repetitive questions? Later that night I got a sleep study but got cold. I had not been correctly told how to get their attention if there was a problem. I was so restless that one attendant came in to see what was wrong and gave me another blanket. She said if I needed help I should slip the pulseometer off my finger. Finally, I knew the secret. Earlier I was told to shout but that did not work. I am sorry I ever heard of this place. Now I have 2 more appointments to attend and I am worried what will happen. Maybe I should bail out.
