I blame myself more than anything for finally getting sold on trying a chiropractor. I broke my…read moreback racing motocross when I was 19 years old as I got landed on by another rider. Long story short, I'm a walking miracle from God but it took multiple spinal fusions and tons of rehabilitation. At almost 15 years later I got introduced to Dr Judd. I explained my situation and he confidently suggested I try getting adjusted as he will just be very gentle on me. I should have walked away at the red flag that he didn't believe I severed my spine. He said I would be paralyzed. I was. Anyways - He adjusted me & it was great for a few weeks 3x a week. Slight adjustments I was feeling fine. At my last visit he allowed his new hire adjust me - can't remember his name. I noticed he adjusted me a lot harder than Dr Judd does. Same day as I am working I start experiencing really bad nerve pain - burning on my left leg and my private part. When I had a break at work I calmly called the office to let Dr Judd know. The sweet office girls said he was at lunch but they would text him. Dr Judd seems like a caring man and knowing my story I knew for sure he would give me a call personally as I requested. He didn't. The girls called back saying I can come at 7pm after my shift. I told them no I don't trust getting adjusted again and I never went back. I am so devastated because this adjustment cost me so much. I am now back being treated by a spine and pain doctor. I have drop foot again which I haven't had in years. I am mostly disappointed that Dr Judd never cared to reach out to me directly. Instead he hid behind his front office girls. I wonder if he will return my call now.

There is a very small parking lot in the back and I believe you can take advantage of street parking here as well. I was greeted and immediately asked if there was specific they could help me find. I loved that! They checked in with me often just in case I had questions, and I did! I love visiting places like this and look forward to going back.

My family was looking for a place for one of our relatives and someone from the hospital…read morerecommended Legend Oaks. We arrive at the facility and was greeted by a young lady with admissions Mrs. Rivers. She walked us threw step by step about everything we would expect. All of our questions and our worries were put to ease. So professional and well spoken. But my complaint is that we were told someone would be meeting us at the hospital to kind of walk us through the process, but no one ever did. The reason for the 4 star is only because of that sweet young lady Mrs. Rivers, if not for her we wouldn't have known what to expect. So, whoever is in charge make sure the person is meeting with the people before they come to your facility.

At about 2:45 was taken to another room and a few more X-rays were done. At about 2:55 I was taken to another room and waited until about 3:35 and a "Hygenist" came in and talked to me about teeth cleaning. Recommending a "deep" cleaning. At 4:30 have still not seen Doctor to see about resetting crown. Every person I've been around talked about all these things they are "recommending" be done and all of them added up to a lot of money. Seemed like that's all they are concerned about is planning future customer income. I was hoping this would turn out better as I am looking for a permanent Dentist for future needs. But I'm not sure this is my place for future needs! X-ray tech was VERY friendly and apologetic for my wait. My time IS WORTH SOMETHING and I felt like I was part of a herd being culled through! Will definitely try another place!

I keep going to the Joint Chiropractic in Waxahachie because Dr. Jackson and Dr. Godard are very effective. This means I can come in any day regardless of who is on duty, and I'll be fine.
