My family was looking for a place for one of our relatives and someone from the hospital…read morerecommended Legend Oaks. We arrive at the facility and was greeted by a young lady with admissions Mrs. Rivers. She walked us threw step by step about everything we would expect. All of our questions and our worries were put to ease. So professional and well spoken. But my complaint is that we were told someone would be meeting us at the hospital to kind of walk us through the process, but no one ever did. The reason for the 4 star is only because of that sweet young lady Mrs. Rivers, if not for her we wouldn't have known what to expect. So, whoever is in charge make sure the person is meeting with the people before they come to your facility.

At about 2:45 was taken to another room and a few more X-rays were done. At about 2:55 I was taken to another room and waited until about 3:35 and a "Hygenist" came in and talked to me about teeth cleaning. Recommending a "deep" cleaning. At 4:30 have still not seen Doctor to see about resetting crown. Every person I've been around talked about all these things they are "recommending" be done and all of them added up to a lot of money. Seemed like that's all they are concerned about is planning future customer income. I was hoping this would turn out better as I am looking for a permanent Dentist for future needs. But I'm not sure this is my place for future needs! X-ray tech was VERY friendly and apologetic for my wait. My time IS WORTH SOMETHING and I felt like I was part of a herd being culled through! Will definitely try another place!

While calling around to get pricing info from all the doctors in Ennis I found Dr. Puckett's office. For cash patients at the time a regular visit was $150 and bloodwork $60. I ended up being seen by Mr. Kemp a practitioner under Dr. Puckett. When I say that Mr. Kemp saved my life I do not exaggerate. I'm not going to put the details of my treatment on the internet, but suffice it to say that my medical issues had me on the verge of suicide and had been psychologically torturing me and those I love for 20 years. The symptoms were not correlating to any known cause, yet Mr. Kemp took my explanations at face value, never doubting the pain I was in or the voracity of my word. He searched relentlessly for a cause to my distress, all the while ensuring that every test and treatment he suggested was affordable on my cash only treatment budget. Within three months he had me feeling like a new man. My entire life has changed and I swear to you friends and family quite literally pulled me aside again and again commenting on how much my temperament and personality had changed. Telling me how amazing it has been to see me suddenly transform into the man they knew I could be. Even my children noticed the changes and my relationship with them is so much better. Mr. Kemp may never know it, but his efforts on my behalf have transformed my life, drastically improved the lives of those who love me, made my career explode in a positive way, given me financial security, saved my marriage, and my sanity. If you are seeking a physician m, look no further. All of the professionals in Dr. Puckett's office a shining example of what the medical profession is meant to be!
