The service I am given is very helpful especially when I get emotional because the insurance company no longer allows me to get a lifesaving drug for my husband because they deem it not necessary. I'm not sure an insurance company should get to choose the best prescription for my husband. I'm thinking his cardiologist should get that job. We got it all figured out with Matthew my husbands Cardiologist and the staff at the Ferris Ave CVS in Waxahachie Texas. Thank you for always giving me great service no matter how long it takes!

As someone who values reliability and professional care, I want to highlight the consistently positive experiences I have had at this location. In an industry that is often fast-paced and stressful, the pharmacy staff here stands out for their dedication. I have found them to be: Attentive and Thorough: The pharmacists take the time to ensure prescriptions are accurate and are always willing to answer questions about medications with genuine expertise. Efficient and Reliable: My orders are consistently ready when promised, and the notification system works seamlessly, saving me time and effort. Compassionate Care: Dealing with health issues can be difficult, but the kind and professional attitude of the pharmacy team makes every visit a pleasant one. Great Front-End Support: Beyond the pharmacy, the front-of-store and photo departments are always welcoming and keep the store running smoothly. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of customer service and for providing a pharmacy experience that is both satisfying and stress-free.

This is gross, abusive of product, and simply unkept. The department workers and managers should have gotten the culprits who graffitied the department with nail polish. This is ridiculous. Other customers were just as shocked. Some said this is gross and OMG. I just believe some polish remover needed to be damaged out and used per management to remove all the polish. More pride should be taken in the local store. Where was security when these "customers" were ruining the department.
