I've been going to the CVS for the last three years. And they recently started making a lot of errors in using my Insurance instead of good RX. Today when I went to pick up my prescription I was told I couldn't use good RX anymore. So because I have insurance, I have to pay more for my prescriptions. Which doesn't make any sense and clearly is a way for them to drive profit margin. It's just not business. At the end of the day, I'm not gonna pay double for a script. Prescriptions are never ready. Customer service isn't a priority. A prescription that should have been ready yesterday shouldn't take have to be expedited and still take 20 more minutes. read more

Jade is very rude and unprofessional, I asked simply if there was anything she could do about the pricing of the photos being higher in person vs online and she said I can just throw them away and rolled her eyes. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager which I was shocked because she didn't seem to be professional enough to hold that position. I asked for cooperate number and she gladly gave it to me because she obviously wanted me to leave, so I did I left without purchase and have no plans on ever returning. Edit: talked to the manager Kim today who believes Jade is doing a wonderful job, now I know why there is a consecutive 1 star of reviews for this location, I'll stick to Walgreens from here on out. read more

This is such an unprofessional business. The employees are lazy and lack customer service experience. They're just doing a job. I asked the cashier twice to check and see if they took a certain card that Walgreens takes but the upstart at the register wouldn't. She hadn't heard if it. I'm going to Walgreens! read more

This is my 2nd time for myself getting a prescription. They have had technical problems and just brush it off. I call my doctors ask them to resend it. They do and I check back. The drop off lead pharmacist is chit chatting and doesn't even look at her faxes until I ask her too! She tells me 15 minutes but it's an hour and I have been going back and forth asking for my meds. The moment I sit down because it seems like it will be a while. 4 people walk in front of me. knowing that I'm a customer who has been waiting not feeling good. DONT GO HERE!!! Going to find a local pharmacy from now on. These employees are probably not from Midlothian. They would be nicer!!! read more

Very rude and unprofessional. The younger gentleman that looks like he just rolled out of bed was horrible. Not sure how he's still employed. He talked over me until I finally had to raise my voice and let him know it was my turn. I am very thankful for all care pharmacy down the street. read more

I've never had any issues with my CVS. Always clean, stocked and staff is very friendly . Pharmacy has been slow a few times but only because they are so busy filling prescriptions but they've always answered my questions and been very helpful. read more
