They'll have me on hold for an hour, then when a tech gets on the phone and says hold on, they hang up. Called the front of the store to see if they can transfer me ahead because I've waited an hour and a technician either hung up the call or got disconnected. Nonetheless, I waited for my turn and I wasn't willing to wait another hour, they were just as awful and hung up every time it transferred back to them because the call was on a continual ring. I have to make my way up there only for them to tell me something they could have told me on the phone.

New staff is lacking knowledge of the products which reflects lack of training from senior staff. In my opinion, they expressed no genuine desire to truly help me and I felt like I was a bother. I was in there 45 minutes and not a single staff member smiled or shown me any courtesy. I am a healthcare provider myself and will not be referring any patients to this facility.
