Called the front of the store to see if they can transfer me ahead because I've waited an hour and a technician either hung up the call or got disconnected. Nonetheless, I waited for my turn and I wasn't willing to wait another hour, they were just as awful and hung up every time it transferred back to them because the call was on a continual ring. I have to make my way up there only for them to tell me something they could have told me on the phone.

I was in there 45 minutes and not a single staff member smiled or shown me any courtesy. I am a healthcare provider myself and will not be referring any patients to this facility.
