You're out of your medication, you drop your new prescription off, they tell you to come back…read moretomorrow it will be ready, you go to pick it up it's not ready, they tell you to come back in 24 hours, is this really how you run a business with people that need their medication?? Dropped second script off, a week goes by, no call. I call them, oh we have to get the medication, it will be ready in a couple days. Nothing. I call, they couldn't get the medication. So they don't call when they can't follow through. This place should not be in business.

Shopping at Walmart can be overwhelming. It seems to me that items get moved around weekly, so I never know where anything is and neither do the employees. LOL! Ship to store has just about everything, including household needs (except for refrigerated food items). I was able to pay online with NO shipping fee and then pick them up from a very nice employee only two days later (times can vary). Walmart emailed me when my items were ready for pickup. I checked in at a kiosk right inside the front door, and about 5 minutes later, an employee appeared with my boxes. Now this is the kind of Walmart, big box store shopping that I can handle! Make sure when shopping online that you purchase from Walmart directly. They do offer items from "other providers," but I'm not comfy with that. I don't want any issues with items or when returning something, so I only select items directly from Walmart. Happy shopping!

And she's at the customer service desk today at 7.30 AM on 06/30/26. Brought in an item I purchased 3 days ago which had no tags when purchased. I also had the receipt which matches the UPC code sewn into the item. She couldn't do a refund onto my card, just threw it back into the bag and shoved it at my daughter. This particular woman has worked at the LW location for awhile and has continuously been unhelpful and unplesant over the years, no matter what she's doing. Customer service, cashier or the money order desk. I cringe inwardly if I'm forced to deal with this awful woman when I'm in the store.

When the pharmacist has no idea what your compound is and tells the doctor to prescribe something…read moreelse. It's a process to pickup a script even a refill. Standing around waiting for the unfriendly pharmacist to feel like consulting you. I don't trust them with my medication anymore and they are far from convenient.

I go to this pharmacy to pick up short term use medications. The past 2 times I went the…read moremedications were not ready. The first time I went the day after the doctor sent the prescription to them and today I went 6 hours after the doctor sent the prescription. Waited in line for about 20 minutes only to be told that the meds were not ready and it should take about another 20 to 30 minutes. This pharmacy has really gone down hill over the past few years.

New staff is lacking knowledge of the products which reflects lack of training from senior staff. In my opinion, they expressed no genuine desire to truly help me and I felt like I was a bother. I was in there 45 minutes and not a single staff member smiled or shown me any courtesy. I am a healthcare provider myself and will not be referring any patients to this facility.
