Prescription prices are competitive with the main chain across the street, that's a good thing. My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for almost 4 years now..... and why we kept going…read moreback is beyond me. We have always tried to support our local community, no matter where we've lived. But this guy has made it clear to both of us, that this is NOT a business we want to support. The staff has on occasion been rude to my husband and he's seen them be rude to other customers. So that tells us, it starts at the top. On more than one occasion the pharmacist Brian has been condescending and beyond rude to me. My doctor prescribed something to me one time to help me sleep and it overlapped another prescription that I already had. When he was talking to me about it, he made me feel like I was a drug attic, and that I was abusing it. One time I went in around 545pm (they close at 6). I was trying to use a discount card given to me by my doctor. Mind you,I had never used one before.... the entire staff (mainly Brian) clearly didn't want to help me because they were ready to go home. At one point when I was looking down at my phone, to activate the card Brian said something and I tried to answer and he rudely said ," I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her!" To get me out of there he offered to spot me one pill until I could get the card figured out, because obviously my doctor wasn't clear in telling me how to use the card. I told him to forget it and that I would pay full price. I got my bag and left. Got home and the prescription in question wasn't even in the bag. There was a note on the front of the bag in bright red letters that said the prescription in question was in another basket and it was checked that he (Brian) was supposed to counsel with me because it was a new prescription. I was so pissed. Went the next morning to get it and got zero apologies. Maybe if they hadn't of been in such a hurry, they wouldn't have forgotten it in the fThese people do not deserve my business. I've worked at HEB for 20 years and if one of our partners ever treated a customer like this they would've been reprimanded. I know it probably won't make a difference, but I will NEVER be going back again. We've spent a lot of money here. I've had 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement and we got all of my medications here. So much for supporting "the local guy". Our business will definitely be going elsewhere. Save your money, unless you want to pay for being treated like crap!!!!

I used Rhema (Waco) for many years with great service for my oxygen needs. I changed my medicare to…read moreHumana Medicare Advantage in Jan 2016. I have been on oxygen continuously since 2002 for pulmonary hypertension and severe anemia. I could not find a supplier accepted by my insurance and must have it to live. Called every number on the long list unsuccessfully. Then had to purchase my own concentrator for at home use. Then after 11 months finally found that Rhema in Hillsboro was acceptable to my ins. They brought me a home concentrator (I did not need) and large 5' tank. I needed a battery powered portable to go to my numerous dr appts but they said I had to wait 3 months and rent the home concentrator (I did not need). Then when 3 months were up they said I had to wait another 3 months, Now today they said I have to wait another 3 months. That will make 9 months I have to go to my appts without oxygen. Every time I walk my oxygen sats go down to 80 or less and I feel like I am going to pass out. I am crying as I write this because I feel like I may as well give up. Renting equipment while I am still paying for the the one I purchased in February 2016. Have to rent stuff I don't need for 9 months and what if in August they just add another 3 months. If I make it til August. Maybe I can just cancel all my appts and hope for the best. I am really in between a rock and a hard place as this is the only supplier my insurance accepts in my area. I wish when I call they will let me talk to someone who cares and knows what they are doing.
