It is run by Weelai and several other talented ladies. I am so impressed with Weelai's ability to create such beautiful arrangements and usually just by explaining what I need. She get a vision of your needs and creates a beautiful work of art. I have taken my own vase and have purchased some of theirs. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I would use anyone else is if it had to go to another city. If you need flowers for a wedding, a tea, a shower, a friend... go see Weelai! She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it.
