The nurses and doctor do not return phone calls. They were unable to find my chart. The 2 Times I was there I left in tears. I would NOT go back to this practice if it was the last one on earth. Save yourself the grief and make the drive out of Whitney to see a doctor.

The minus a star, however, is for (like the last reviewer said) the lack of returned phone calls from doctors and nurses. A+ on everything else, though.

What could improve at Texas Oncology Cleburne / Doctor Sandhya Bejjanki :…read moreThe quality of care if given. Compassion for patients. Communication skills. Being open to patient suggestions concerning treatment. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Doctor Bejjanki in Cleburne Texas. Don't know if it was lack of experience, dealing with the diseases that I have which are hemochromatosis and polycythemia vera. Even though I ask in person and with a letter to explain the lack of treatment (phlebotomies ) and why I received a letter stating the doctor did not want to be my oncologist anymore. I have never heard of such a thing. I then requested my medical records and was told when I find another doctor not affiliated with Texas Oncology that they would send them to that doctor. Though they did send only 2 records of only 2 days I was in their office. Makes no sense to me. After this I went to outpatient labs at Huguley hospital and had a phlebotomy procedure done which was extremely needed! I can not recommend this doctor but you may have better luck and I wish you luck. Blood diseases are not to be taken lightly, there are a lot of side effects and I stay ill most of the time since I have too much blood. I pray daily and have faith things will improve. Note: The ladies at front desk and nurse were very nice and polite. I appreciate this !

I have to admit I am a bit on the fence about this one. The staff was really nice. They did…read moreX-rays and exam for no cost, and the staff answered all the questions we had. HOWEVER, what they charge is almost 2 times more than the other dentists we sought out for the same issue. Tho each dentist recommended an endodontist, this location was way more expensive. For comparison, they wanted $5900 to see the in office endodontist for 3d x-ray, root canal, and crown. We went to one of the other dentist for a total cost of $3800 for the same exact services. Ouch!! They offer what the call "insurance", but it's basically an annual charge to become a member for oh so slightly discounted rates. Sad thing is, they won't work with you on payments unless you qualify for financing which requires a high credit score. If you come in with excruciating pain and your insurance isn't very good, don't expect to get a fix unless you want to pay a premium out of pocket. However, I will say the staff, outside of the somewhat rude tech, was very helpful and kind. Dentist answered all of our questions, even coming back twice on our request to help answer some concerns. If the out of pocket cost wasn't so much, I would actually consider going back just because the of the very kind staff.
