Today took the cake. 5pm rush hour. The register at the drive through was broken (again). Inside the line went through the aisles. How many people in the store rallied to help cut down on the delays - ONE. One register open out of 3 plus a drive through. If Caremark didn't have the leverage over us through my insurance - we would've quit on CVS years ago. Whomever / whichever area manager is in charge of this store is either incompetent or asleep at the switch. Metrics and frequent visits or customer satisfaction audits would easily show that this store is terrible - even for CVS.

Doctor Pal Kahlon is personable and has excellent memory, recalling details even I forget about my partner's and pets prescriptions. They have a nice blend of modern technology and traditional apothecary shop details and local honey as well. They frequently have prescriptions filled by the time we drive over from our veterinarian (only 15minutes away)!

TWO people watched me (YES, I saw them looking) and the person overseeing the self checkout area said nothing to me. Why did I get stopped by the watcher at the door and have to show a receipt when I JUST paid right in front of her? Of course, I couldn't remember which bag I dropped the receipt in and had to remove half my items all over my cart. While I was searching she turned around to hand something to another employee, and of course several other customers walked right past without her giving them a glance. They almost always used to stop me and I never knew why. It was getting better, but I also took most of my business to online stores (I only go to Walmart for the cheapest items I can't get online, like my preferred mouthwash and for individual sized specialty items like a chocolate Easter bunny). Finally, I found the receipt and she didn't even come close enough to read it. She simply recognized it as a receipt and said okay. So it WAS something about ME that looked suspicious to her? I can afford to shop from virtually any retailer and I think I will be finding other ones from now on. I've finally had it with Walmart!!!! Lowest service always, guaranteed!

This signs are not visually anchored to any specific items or isle section. Logically these are probably for all holiday items, but consumer can't know until and if they take products to get scanned Another example, they were putting up new displays and signage for coming holidays except that all these papers and boards, some as large as 3feet long, were on the floor. No one was near them doing any work nor ensuring customers would not step on them or slip. Overall, the store feels like a decent quality pharmacy with a bad dollar tree retail store.

Our local compounding pharmacy closed last month, so our veterinarian referred us to this one since…read morewe have both a dog & a cat who require specially compounded meds on a regular basis. Pharmacy called us upon receiving our cat's faxed prescription from our vet to advise that since this was for a compounded medication they required a credit card number in advance, which was fine (I hope - lol!), & the medication was available for pickup the following day. Folks were friendly over the phone, & husband had no problems when picking up the medication. Cat seems to be tolerating medication fine, so I'm assuming everything must be (as it should be) identical to what we were receiving before. So far, so good, & I look forward to finding out if the trend continues when I need to renew out dog's medication.
