I still haven't received it. When I called I was on hold forever, and finally was told it was filled 6 days ago on Christmas eve and awaiting shipment. It was ready to ship but obviously didn't. It ships from only 100 miles away. Holidays are no excuse when you have ordered something a full week before the holiday. When I called today, the "robot" told me it was being processed. I tried to talk to a person but I was #17 on hold. I will NEVER EVER use them again. What if they did this to someone who needed heart medication, or insulin? This is totally unacceptable, and then to make matters worse, you have to wait forever to talk to a human being. I contacted my doctor and he called in a prescription for me to Walgreens. I FINALLY got the eye drops today - 2+ weeks later. WOULD YOU BELIEVE WEGMANS CHARGED ME $7 MORE THAN WALGREENS FOR THE EXACT SAME BOTTLE OF EYE DROPS? And mail order is supposed to save you money???

My recommendation to them, if you run someone's insurance and it is no longer active, why would you fill the prescription without speaking to them??? Maybe they have new insurance! And, when I called, I was told I should have called to inform them?? They put it right back on me?! This is not my first rodeo with a mail order pharmacy and my impression is Wegman's needs to stick with groceries and stay out of the pharmacy business! Terrible experience from day 1!

I have had several frustrating interaction with this pharmacy's automated system. There is no way…read moreto call in & speak to a pharmacy rep, if you leave a message for a call back you may get one eventually. My Dr sent in 2 prescriptions on Tuesday, Thursday I called & got the automated system & was told I had 2 prescription that could be filled. So they had not been initiated yet, so I did that through the auto system. Now it's Saturday, still no follow up telling me that they are ready. I called again & got the automated system, they could not tell me if they were ready or not, but said once again I could fill the 2 same prescriptions??? Left a message, no call back an hour later & I was running errands so I stopped in. There was 1 woman ahead of me at one of the check in screens ( more automation) & my screen said to please wait. So I was waiting. After a few minutes a rep looked up & asked if I had a question. I explained I had left a message & was trying to see if my prescriptions were ready. In a "nasty" tone she said there are people ahead of you. I said OK, I'm waiting here because that's what the check in screen says to do. A few minutes later the screen changed & asked me to enter my name which I did. The same rep raised her voice & said "I told you there were other people ahead of you"! I told her the screen asked me to enter my name. Meanwhile last time I was in I told they could not help me until I typed in my name. I then told her I had left a message earlier & when she figures it to call me. That was now over 2 hours ago, no call back yet. I find all the automation pretty useless & does not set the tone for good customer service. I will say that usually the reps are much friendlier, but this time I went on a Saturday & none of the familiar faces were there. I am commenting specifically on the CVS on the corner of Longpond & English. If I ever do get these 2 prescription filled, I will then be moving them to Wegmans where I feel valued as a customer.

This business is the place to go for excellent service. We have a Golden electric chair recliner…read morethat needed to be repaired. Westside Medical was going to charge $250 just to come and look at the broken recliner that they sold us 14 months ago for $3200! United came in and fixed the problem by replacing the improperly installed control, that was done by Westside, for around $170! Half the price with the part!! I sent them an email inquiring about a power lift chair they had on their website. The employee called me and said they do not sell that chair. When I walked her step by step thru the website to the chair they suddenly did sell it. Attempted to get the price from the employee which I got $1250 but when asked about how much would be covered if I got a prescription and was told $250 So I stayed then I would pay $1000. I was told no I would have to pay $1250.this went on several minutes so I gave up. I asked for a manager to call me. It took 2 days. Had lots of excises about missed emails. Then told me they record all calls and she listened to it. Hello I was never told I was being recorded. I said good then you know that your employee didn't even know you sold the item. That's when the manager told me the employee that I was talking to was the employee who places the orders. WOW! Ok said she was clueless on the pricing. The manager said yes but that's the he fault of the end user. WHAT? I'm the end user I just explained the pricing to you you said I was right but now you blame me?? How about retraining your employee!! So to top it off I bought a $3 pair of socks on Dec 6 they were not what my mom wanted. Tried to return them today 12/21 still in original sealed package no ever opened. Was told no returns due to covid and no returns after 10 days. No where is the is posted no where is it stated on my receipt. Guess they treat there customers so bad they need ever penny. Hope they choke on the $3.00!!!
