I still haven't received it. When I called I was on hold forever, and finally was told it was filled 6 days ago on Christmas eve and awaiting shipment. It was ready to ship but obviously didn't. It ships from only 100 miles away. Holidays are no excuse when you have ordered something a full week before the holiday. When I called today, the "robot" told me it was being processed. I tried to talk to a person but I was #17 on hold. I will NEVER EVER use them again. What if they did this to someone who needed heart medication, or insulin? This is totally unacceptable, and then to make matters worse, you have to wait forever to talk to a human being. I contacted my doctor and he called in a prescription for me to Walgreens. I FINALLY got the eye drops today - 2+ weeks later. WOULD YOU BELIEVE WEGMANS CHARGED ME $7 MORE THAN WALGREENS FOR THE EXACT SAME BOTTLE OF EYE DROPS? And mail order is supposed to save you money???

The staff goes above and beyond their duties to provide the patients with medications in a timely…read moremanner. They have expanded their hours to 7:00pm which is a plus and are open on Saturdays from 7:00am- 12pm. I do most of my prescriptions here because it's convenient and they are more personalized that a chain prescription store.
