She was very friendly and complimented how I accessorized my purse. The situation could have been very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me, but instead Alaesha made me glad I chose CVS that day.

Management has not been proactive about alerting police and UR Public Safety about this (by the way, there IS an ordinance for dealing this kind of problem that needs to be enforced: Ordinance # 2004-142, 44-4, H https://ecode360.com/8675265), and the problem has gotten so bad that my wife is now afraid to shop there and sometimes when we go on walks we have to adjust our route to accommodate for there being up to 3 aggressive pan handlers at that intersection at one time. I previously emailed their customer service about this issue as a courtesy and just got one of those generic "we'll pass this on to management" kind of responses so now I'm here.
