I have been shopping here off and on over the years. Was I always happy with the experience? No. In the past, it was not the best place to shop. However, recently within the past two years, I have seen the transformation into one of the best small Walmart stores that I have shopped at! Yesterday, on 9/9/26, I was looking for a specific item that I didn't see in the Webster store the day before. Did I find it here? YES!! Not only did I find what I was looking for, I found the store to be beautiful and immaculate! I can tell that the employees really care about the customer and where they work. I am so impressed! Would be better if they actually made it into a super center like the one in brockport where they carried meat, veggies and all sorts of stuff...they promised us YEARS ago that they would make it just like brockports store. read more

Gosh! I remember coming to this Walmart like 25 years ago... stopped in recently to grab a gift for my child while visiting the ROC. I totally was expecting a "normal" Walmart with the full grocery store as well. Completely forgot that this wasn't one of those stores. I actually can not remember the last Walmart that wasn't a grocery store as well. I wanted to grab a snack for the trip home but couldn't get that here. Didn't have any interaction with employees, as we also went to self check out. Couldn't decide 2 or 3 star... had to go low. read more

Just an update This is still one of my favorite Walmarts to visit In My opinion this is the most pleasant Walmart(within 15miles) to visit unless you goto Brockport. it's not a Super Walmart and that in my opinion is a good thing. The poor reviews were written a few years ago and since then there has been many improvements to the store. A ton of renovation has happened in 2019..There is self Checkout now and a new Pickup/site2store area with comfy chairs to sit in while you wait for your item to be brought to you..Also the workers here are like a breath of fresh air compared to the other area Walmarts. They will actually greet you and ask how you are doing as you walk by. The cashiers actually interact with you..Who would have thought..Customer Service! I get it though..Some areas of the store look old and run down, But i mean the store is over 30 years old! There is only one set of restrooms located near the customer service.. When super walmarts have 2 sets. The Plaza this walmart is in is near dead...There is no hot foods bar in the walmart.. Or a subway/Mcdonalds/Dunkin inside.. But there is a Taco Bell in the plaza. This Walmart has a vision center, a Pharmacy, They make keys and do hunting permits(located in sporting goods). They also mix paint(located in hardware), And while the food section is very modest here they do carry Milk, eggs, ice cream and other dairy products up front by the register's. It's definitely a unique Walmart. Update 2021: Lotto is finally here! and the entire elmridge plaza has been given a makeover... seriously! it's like living in 1995 all over again! This isn't the worst Walmart I have ever been too, which I guess is saying something. I was on a road trip and realized I left something at home so I stopped here. Their selection was pretty poor and many of the slots on the shelves were empty, but I managed to find something that would work. Like all Walmarts though this one had its flaws... the self check out double-scanned an item and I had to wait for an employee to clear it. Two employees watched me for a bit and finally directed a third to help me. I guess they couldn't be bothered themselves. read more

I can't stand this Walmart. It is unorganized, dirty, crowded, and full of crime. Employees are always so so rude. Half the time I go in here they do not have what I am looking for or if it is there the box is damaged. Not a fan. read more

Not the best grocery area but has most of what you need. Staff are friendly and there is lots of parking. I like the self checkouts as I can get in and out quickly. read more

My main issue with this Walmart in particular is how absolutely trashy and unkempt this branch has become. I rarely even go into this store anymore and no amount of encouragement will allow me to drag my uninterested body into this sad...unhappy business. The aisles and shelves were so poorly displayed, I found myself folding the shirts to make them look presentable since they were just tossed anywhere without a care like at one of those landfill sites. The layout of the interior looks the same as it did fifteen years ago with the added mediocrity between the frowning shelves. The only positive thing I can say about this is that I had one mere employee kindly direct me to the electronics aisle with a generous and sincere attitude that made me to believe she appeared to enjoy her job, in contrast to every other employee who looked absouletly miserable. If you want a bargain, please go to the Target hidden behind the Greece Ridge Mall. Don't become souless like most of the employees and above all else, never enter. read more

I mean.....it's Walmart. But even for a Walmart, this place is the lowest of the low. It's filthy, disorganized and has the cheapest merchandise possible. Again- it's Walmart. That's to be expected, but this stuff looks like they stocked their shelves from the Salvation Army. Actually, I retract that. Salvo definitely trumps this place. At least some of the other nearby locations attempts to be slightly less Walmart-y.....this place is just a cesspool of filth and cheap stuff. read more

This place is a total Frown Town, not a smile to be seen anywhere. I had to kill some time after I brought my grandmother's car in for service at Doan. Nobody says hello, the associates don't make eye contact, and the management are too busy on their phones to be bothered. Furthermore, the displays and isles were a mess! You'd think they were recovering from a Black Friday sale, but then you realize that this Wally World is almost as dead as the strip mall it anchors. read more

Ok, even for a Walmart, this place sucks. And I am by no means biased against Walmart in any way. I shop at other Walmarts all the time. So my biggest issue with this place is the fact that it looks like a disheveled dump every time I go in. The pics that are uploaded here? Yeah, that's really how it is. Unfortunate, because it's so close by and so convenient, but I find myself going elsewhere because the place is a mess and the employees act like they have the worst job in the world. I am glad this Walmart is still around, despite a super center being close and so many other businesses vacating the plazas. Things are easy to find and the employees seem like they don't hate their jobs. Cashiers are polite and often strike up short pleasant conversation. It is still walmart merchandise, but if you gotta pick up something cheap and fast it's a good place to go. read more

Walmart is my favorite place to shop, they supply all my needs and have cute clothing!! The staff always helps me find exactly what im looking for. Always helpful and friendly, GREAT prices, and im always able to get in and out with their great quick services! I recommended this Walmart out of most! read more
