There is a man who works at the door , he's usually the one checking receipts on the way out . A short creepy looking white dude with stringy shoulder length hair and has a sort of a lisp when he talks .... I know I'm being harsh here but bear with me , he deserves it . This guy is a CREEP ! I have made complaints on him 4 separate occasions and yet he would STILL make inappropriate remarks to me as I was walking out . I went to this location often and on many occasions this weirdo had said things while licking his lizard lips like "mmm, you look very nice in that outfit today" he even chose to use the word SEXY one day and while he's spitting his game he's always giving me this quick up and down with his Beady little eyes that makes my skin crawl. The comments was always telling me how good he thinks I look and sure that might not sound like a "big deal" to some BUT it most definitely is!!! I've even had him try to initiate a quick "small talk" conversation with me at the friggin exit with him asking "you must live close to here" I guess because I'm in there so much , orrrr he's prying to find out where I live so he can stalk me !!!! (That was the 4th time I had complained on him ) Well the next time I was in there after that complaint I was going thru self check out and he proceeds to leave his door post and penguin WALKS over to me getting all up in my Personal space and proclaimed he just needed to make sure I was paying for all of My items insinuating I was trying to steal something !!! I look at him like he's crazy and totally ignored him ... he stands there behind me for a bit then walks back over to the exit door and motions for the security guard to keep an eye on me oh man I was heated, I was hoping they would stop me on the way out sooooo bad but they didn't , he just gave me a dirty look and took his handy dandy marker and aggressively check marked my receipt. I haven't been in there since ! I should have been shopping more with small businesses in my area anyways. I'm always preaching about support our local businesses, support the community, support the farmers market , support small business owners and here I am not even practicing it . This is a big lesson learned for me and also a reminder to keep away from that place ! Yeah maybe Walmart is convenient and cheaper prices at times but it's sure not worth getting harassed by the little Garden Gnome at the door !!!!! this store has hispanics, working there, which are anti-white. i say this due to how i was treated there a few saturdays ago. i was interested in purchasing a floor fan and sthis guy who worked there stated "we only have one type, cause it's a seasonal thing and if you want it that bad, dude, you're going to have to go to the website to buy it." i realize they are relegated to hiring the cheapest labor, buy come on, do they even screen their employees or train them to respect the customer,no matter of race, color or creed? obviously not. so, i went to their web site, like a fool, ordered a $45.95 floor fan made by blak & decker. they charged me over $16.00 for shippping it fedex. i did'nt request speacil shipping, was not offered the opportunity to pick it up at the store. went bck to their website that monday, and noticed the price went down to $32.95. when i contacted their customer care to inquire why their was a 3 day diffgerence in price was told their site is controlled by a 3rd party & they were not responsible. so then, i contacted them again & was given a toll free # to pcrush. called them immediately, filed a rwquest to have the purchase reviwed, was granted a credit of $14.33 & told it would be credited to my credit card within 3 to 5 business days. that was on 11/20/14, now it is 12/6/14 and am still waiting patiently for pcrush to get their act together. on cyber monday i was watching the afternoon news on abc channel 7 and they stated that walmart.com recieved over $1 billion in revenues that day and it was only 4:00 pm. needless to say i'll never go into a walmart store nor recommend their website! thourlyy disgusted wuth them on the whole, ever so sincerely, david s. read more

so i was there about 2 days ago 11/09/13.. and was browsing... i had one item and the store was completely packed all registers and i saw the cosmetic line was empty.. the lady was helping someone already i was next no one was behind me... by the time i was next there was a couple people behind me and she saw that my item was not a cosmetic item and said i have to help the people buying cosmetic items first, and i said i was first and they weren't there she didn't care and proceeded to help the other people behind me.. i had one item literally one item!!!!!! i couldn't believe it .. i asked to speak to her manager and her name tag was turned around i will go back just to get her name... she cold me that she saw me reading the sign that stated she has to help the cosmetic items first...i was furious because no one was behind me..she was giving me so much attitude for no freaking reason i could not believe they hired this women!!! she could have easily just scanned my item i would have paid her the dollar it cost and on my way with no complaints but she basically went out of her way talk to me then start helping the other customers.. i was going to wait for the manager because i could not believe how rude she was...but i was like forget it im leaving, i shop there a lot but not anymore ....i can only describe her...she is old like late 50s or 60...Latin, white skin..has an accent. .. think she had glasses..very grumpy face....and apparently very rude to a paying customer....she needs to get fired because of how she treats people...i will find out her name and complain directly to the manager and update this review with her name. i want some kind of justice!!! read more

There's NO ONE who works here at THIS location specifically since it is the closest to my house and I really needed OTC medicine for someone urgently. In fact, I am going to give her what I am buying and then I am taking her to the ER. There is not a single female who works here who IS NOT a BITCH. We went for a pet gate... Not only was the store a hideous mess, there was not one employee willing to help us find what we were looking for. We attempted the "pet" section, which was literally one aisle of pet food. For a 2 story store, that was surprising. There was no pet gate. We went upstairs to check the baby aisle. Everything had been opened, most of the stuff was broken, nothing was in its right place, and once again no one around to help. The moment we attempted picking a gate up (to see if it was broken like the rest...) we were yelled at by one of the employees that suddenly seemed interested in her job. She was very rude. She told us not to open it... Needless to say, it was insulting (given the above statements about the store's condition). We were so aggravated by it all, that we just left. I actually had to complain to the manager about his staff. I have never done that before... I usually call the manager over to praise them for the wonderful service. I was looking for a specific Rubbermaid plastic tub, and it turns out that this is the closest Walmart to Sherman Oaks, so I decided to risk my life and go to Van Nuys. It's a third world slum inside this Walmart. I almost expected to see chickens running around in the store that you could take home for dinner. The store is full of scum and gangsters, and I did not feel safe anywhere in the store or in the parking lot. Also, the store is in the USA, the signs should be in English! Why did I have to go out of my way to find an English sign telling me where the kitchen department was? Also, I didn't find a single employee who spoke enough English to answer a simple question. This walmart is really bad. Everything is so unorganized and everything runs out very fast. Their employees are just 20 year olds who are on their first job with less than 1 month of experience and they're already on the register thinking they can take on every customer. The lines in the store are extremely long at every hour of the day and it gets me very frustrated hour the their are over 20 lanes and only 4 are open with over 30 employees just walking around the whole store doing pretty much nothing. I talked to an employee here that was telling me he "hated working at walmart" i feel very bad for all the customers who need excellent service but end up getting horrible experience at this store.
