There's food that you can buy no produce The service is friendly but the guy that worked in electronics was the most unfriendly person. The ambiance was just ok. We went in there looking for produce just got drinks or my brother.

This may not be the newest or "cleanest" Walmart in the world but I've found their prices on everyday items are very competitive

The girl at the dely tells me all the roasted chickens are gone, the next batch won't be ready for 1.5 Since the other Publix on US 41 is under construction why not have two of the chicken rotisseries working? Such an easy fix right, but no I guess no one here can think and address this issue, since this Publix is now doing the work of both Publix's. I get to the 10 or less check out lane, only to see the woman that is supposed to be looking at the self service area chatting away with the cashier from the 10 or less lane. I actually had to ask, are you open. Then, I ask this lady how much longer before the other Publix is finished, only to hear a 10 minute whine session on how miserable she is to be working at this Publix because she worked at the other one for 13 years. Could not get out of there fast enough. It always a horrible experience.

The prices were as expected, I didn't think anything was ridiculously expensive, I found everything to be relatively reasonable. My interactions with the employees was minimal and was fine. She looked at me and others as if she was annoyed to be there. Her scanner wasn't working and she was trying to blame my phone. However, I asked her to wipe her scale scanner, with an aggressive attitude she snatched a paper towel and rubbed it on her scale scanner and acted as if that would do something. Well it needed to be wet first, she did it with a dry paper towel. She needs a vacation, a hug or some re-training. I don't care what you're going through we all have a job to do. Not only that I asked for a paper bag she said she had none which I was looking at it in the other counters is why I asked for one. I didn't ask if you have paper bags I asked for a paper bag and she refused to give it to me she probably thought that the flowers wouldn't fit in it . Your job is customer service not think for the customers and this lady is supposed to be training other people? that's crazy.

Hubs used to go to the original Trader Joe's in Los Angles when he was a student, and the founder wore Hawaiian shirts and did lots of great deals to grow his business. That sure worked, almost everyone would like a TJ's close by to shop at. Luckily we have a store in Naples offering great deals and new products to try. Their fresh produce is often better than the grocery store and prices are better too. For a busy day, they have a good selection of frozen entrees for a quick dinner. Their juice and yogurt selections are delicious and I almost never miss the chance to grab a bag of their assorted coffees. The dogs are long time fans of Trader Joe's peanut butter dog treats and they have some of the best deals on wine that I've found. Both hubs and I use their personal care items, their moisturizers and hand cream are similar to higher priced products and hubs is a fan of their tea tree shampoo. They also have beautiful fresh flowers and plants with amazing prices. If there was a down side to Trader Joe's, it would be parking. On weekends things can get pretty crowded and being next door to a phone store doesn't help. Good location though, a prime shopping area right off Tamiami Trail and it's easy to find. This is a great place to shop, very consumer friendly.

First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
