I ask for an empty box so the bottles don't clang in my cart, and so I can easily take them home, and EACH TIME they rudely give me a hard time. Today was no different. "The boxes are for paying customers only!" snapped the cashier. " You can go around the side of the building and see if you can find any there." he continued. I told him I was a regular customer. There was no apology. There never is. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back! I will take my business elsewhere, like Total wine. At least they are respectful and can crack a smile. He said absolutely not and all sales are final. It's his business and he can do whatever he wants but keep this in mind when ordering.

(The kind with paper crowns, terrible jokes, and silly trinkets ... not edible crackers.) Last year none were to be found in the Estero/Bonita Springs area so this year we made a longer drive to Naples. It was worth it. The World Market at Coconut Point Mall in Estero has been closed for several years so the Naples location was my best option, other than Fort Myers. Even though the stock was a bit picked over, I was able to find an attractive set. A hit with our family on Christmas Day. I also picked up a few small gifts and wrapping supplies. This World Market is smaller than my local one in the San Francisco Bay area. But it was well laid out and staff were helpful.
