Nice choice of select wines and cheeses. You won't be disappointed with any bottle from here. Nice space with a long wooden bar, too.

I go to Wynn's quite often and am happy with the products. Also, the sandwich shop, juice bar,…read morebakery, and deli are excellent! The check-out experience has always been excellent for me too. I agree with the comments about prices being too high for most of the prepared meals. I have been buying them occasionally since 2014 but during the past 2-3 years they have become so expensive I usually take a pass. The prepared salads are a bit pricey but are fresh and provide a meal. Today, April 5, 2026, Easter, I looked on my phone to make sure the store was open. I planned on getting a prepared meal and a sandwich. I noticed the comment that "Easter may affect our hours". Does that mean they will open later and/or close early? I continued the search on my phone and found that they were open, so I drove 4-5 miles (each way) out of my way only to find at about noon that they were closed. So, why didn't the message just say "Closed Easter Day"? Three words! This is the kind of ignorance and stupidity that is inexcusable and does a lot of damage to customer relations. It also reflects an attitude that management doesn't care about its customers. Michael Upper

I was often ignored by Bob who every time I approached their counter seemed to just have his hands in his pockets, then literally walk away from me to allow someone else take care of me. There was a man named "Frankie"? who was always enthusiastically taking care of us. Unfortunately, after almost 4 months of not seeing my favorite attendant at that counter, I inquired and was informed by a male worker he had since left. In my opinion, I wish those in control had fought to keep such a great asset. I so hope the store hires someone of equal competency as he was the best I've EVER encountered in ANY grocery store!!

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.

After sitting down, we started reviewing the menu and saw so many interesting items that it was difficult to choose. Fortunately, our server noticed we were struggling and she offered to help navigate us through our meal. Our goal was to sample a variety of options, but not to over order. And we accomplished just that! We started with some Stone Crabs, then some Peel & Eat Shrimp, then my wife and I shared an entree of Blackened Grouper with sides of fries and coleslaw, where we also added a few scallops. Delicious! We thought we were done, but our server informed us of the excellent Key Lime pie. We had room to share one slice, and we are so happy we did! It was excellent. A great balance of tartness and sweetness. We look forward to returning!
