"The boxes are for paying customers only!" snapped the cashier. " You can go around the side of the building and see if you can find any there." he continued. I told him I was a regular customer. There was no apology. There never is. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back! I will take my business elsewhere, like Total wine. At least they are respectful and can crack a smile. The store is packed with so many options, it's fun to browse the aisles to see what you might find. Clerks are very helpful and know their product! They have competitive pricing and you won't find a better selection. They have an amazing liquor selection and if you get lost, there is always a clerk to make suggestions. Last week we just returned from a week in Naples and a visit to this store. All I can say is, "wow". One of the best wine stores I have ever been in. Almost all the wine is kept at cellar temperature in a huge cellar, cases and cases of wood boxes. Also, the staff at Naples Fine Wine could not have been more helpful, they are knowledgeable and happy to help you with wine decisions.
