Total Wine is the place for holiday or special occasion shopping. Of course, it works well for average days too. I always stop here to find the perfect bottle of wine or liquor for special meals and gifts. I'm a fan of Pinot Noir and Total Wine has a great selection of these wines from the coast. No one has better Pinot Noir than Oregon and Total Wine comes through with many ideas for the wine fridge. On this trip, I was also looking for a bottle of Marsala, which can be hard to find. The clerk was helpful and I found a suitable Marsala for cranberry sauce and Turkey Marsala later in the week. The store is packed with so many options, it's fun to browse the aisles to see what you might find. Clerks are very helpful and know their product! They have competitive pricing and you won't find a better selection. They have an amazing liquor selection and if you get lost, there is always a clerk to make suggestions. For beer fans, the store has many different types of beer. The holiday season is here and the Super Bowl is coming up soon. Total Wine is definitely the place to stock up. read more

Love the new larger location. Very spacious and easy to explore. The humidor up front has a nice variety of cigars. I always find the perfect bottle of wine in their enormous selections. I don't give reviews often, but I want to say, yesterday my wife and I went to go buy a few bottles of tequila and that's when we came across this nice gentleman, Oscar. Oscar not only gave us a great customer experience but he also showed out and went above our expectations. He introduced us to great tequila that has no extra additives. We originally went to Total Wine with just one brand in mind, intending to buy multiple bottles of the same tequila. But thanks to Oscar's deep knowledge and genuine interest in helping us, he suggested several other options that turned out to be just as amazing and all within our budget. His recommendations were spot on, and we left feeling like we had not only gotten great products but also learned a lot about tequila. I needed assistance in the beer section and approached an associate for help. She informed me that she didn't have her device to check inventory but said she would send someone. I waited for nearly 20 minutes, and no one showed up. I then approached another associate, thinking he was finished assisting other customers. His immediate response was, "What?!" I explained that I needed help in the beer section, and he said he would send someone as well. After waiting several more minutes with no assistance, I decided to leave. So I was hoping that the move into the new store would bring change, unfortunately not. The craft beer on the shelves is still months old . Today hubby stopped in & picked up a Dr Juice IPA & checked the date. It was over a year old! It was marked April 2023! I will never step foot into this store again and now neither will hubby. What an incredible experience we had at a wine tasting by Katie at Total Wine on Naples Blvd. We have been to many wine tastings but never learned as much as Katie taught us. The event was a fundraiser for the Daughters of the American Revolution Naples on the Gulf Chapter and Total Wine was incredibly generous! They provided the tasting at no cost so the proceeds could be used for the chapter's mission, including a local scholarship. We started with an amazing champagne and then were offered 8 French wines, both red and white in all price points with a surprise Silver Oak to compare California at the end. WOWOW. The setting at the back of the store was beautiful and comfortable with an educational presentation by Katie that was superb...and full of laughter. It was NOT a sales pitch at all BUT we will absolutely be buying our wine there, with Katie's help for sure!! read more

This is a disgusting antisemitic store who denied my son to purchase alcohol even though he is 24 years old because my 20 year old daughter was with him. I have never been denied purchase of wine even when my daughter or my 13 year old son was with me. That was of course when I purchased regular wine. This time since it was kosher wine for a Jewish ceremony they denied him the purchase because they are ANTISEMITIC. I will never come here again and I hope that nobody else will either. What a wonderful store! We wanted to purchase an awesome red wine, and we didn't want to pay more than $30. We walked in and notice right away how much bigger it is on the inside. It was clean and organized to the T! Any type of wine, any region- any price- you will find it here- and the employees are very knowledgable and eager to help you find just the wine you are looking for. We were directed to a beautiful bottle of Malbec from Argentina. 2011. $26, what a deal! This wine would make a great gift! This store is one of the most welcoming places in the area the staff there are friendly and happy to help, they did a delivery for a wedding and took time to review the inventory and was most helpful with returns of rentals deposit and extra wine champagne that was un opened. The wine selection is Huuuuuge! (Caroline)! Every country, and one of the largest beer selections for the area. Isle 6.-7 They have classes and tastings and specials if you give them an email. Total wine has been our go-to store for price and selection of our favorites that can be hard to find. I usually drive across town when we are in Naples for the winter, but my restocking trip this week was a big disappointment. They move to a big beautiful store, but almost all the items I am interested had much less selection. My wife's fav box wine that we find in other Total Wine locations has been discontinued with no alternatives. Mixers gone. Fav Scotches MIA and less bourbons with prices for what they do carry no long compelling. Perplexing given all the additional space, which must be being used for someone ...but not us. There are a lot of huge displays of their (private?) wine brands they are pushing might be the problem, I love the staff but learned to avoid the brands they are pushing long ago, so useless for me. The bright side is I will save myself the congested drive across Naples in the future by skipping this place. read more

On vacation and wanted to pick up a few supplies. Great bourbon selection and an enormous scotch selection. They even have a couple of "big boy" cabinets where you can make your bourbon and scotch dreams come true! Really appreciated their variety and offering of smaller bottles of liquor. Very disappointed!  The Door Dash driver, who spoke very little English, refused to leave my order because he could not get a signal at my home to take a picture of my license.  I attempted many times to call Total Wine but the phone kept getting hung up.  I told him to take my order back.  I have never had any problems with other drivers.  I will take my business elsewhere. read more

You can buy individual beers to make your own six pack (but read the prices carefully - some of the beers are $2-4 each) to try a variety of styles. Our family of four found something for everyone - from key lime flavored beers, to Florida IPAs, and unique ciders, they've got it all! I go here for the and more. While they have one of the finest wine selections in Naples they also have and more for me. In particular they have a cigar humidor filled with a solid selection of medium priced cigars. No super high line cigars here but darn fine selection of Fuente, Padron, Gloria, Romeo and Juliette, in addition to some solid low line cigars like Quorum. They really only handle one cigar that I smoke but at $3 a stick less expensive than anywhere else in town I will go out of my way to get them at that price. If you are a box purchaser they will discount the box 10%. That is a fine deal. read more

BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE we've ever received as customers. As soon as we pulled in, we went straight to get some cigars and then we noticed there was someone at the tasting table and decided to check it out (Both my husband and I are over 21 years old). A person who worked there serves us wine (never asked for our ID's), tells us how great these wines are and we end up taking a bottle. Once we finished tasting, we head to the port section and decide to ask for help so I go back to the same person who helped and she seems delighted to help. We end talking to her about how our trip to Napa went and how we tried so many different ports. Fast forward to us going to pay for wines, the cashier asks for both our ID's and my husband shows her his and I continue to search for mine. I tell her I don't have ot but shouldn't be a problem because he's paying for it and all. The cashier then refuses to sell us the wine or cigars because I don't have my ID. Totally understandable but frustrating as I'm just standing there next to my husband. I kindly ask for the manager and she lets me know the same thing but let's us know her manager will help us shortly. LOW AND BEHOLD ITS THE SAME PERSON THAT GAVE US WINE WITHOUT ASKING FOR OUR IDS. We both say hi again and then she regrets to inform us, she can't sell us anything. So which one is it? Are you as managers doing your job and providing customer service or profiling people in specific? Because I noticed that no one else was asked for their IDS. Oh and I forgot to mention, we come to this total wine maybe 2/3 times a month and have never had issues. So you serve us wine and that's cool but you can't let my husband who has proof of ID buy it? This location is pretty big, clean and organized. The have a pretty good selection on any alcohol and snacks you might need for your next party and at reasonable prices. They also offer personalized assistance if you need help in making selections which I thought was very nice. Love Total Wine. This place is ENORMOUS and has everything you could possibly need. Except cold Busch Light half the time. You can build your own six packs with some great craft beer. Anything from 4% to like, 12%. They still charge per the bottle but you get a fancy carrying case so everyone can judge you for taking the time to specifically pick out exactly how you want to get wasted in an evening. The selection is truly overwhelming. Of course options are nice, but it gets awkward when you spend more than 30 minutes in one aisle at a liquor store because you can't decide between Arrogant Bastard or some Sierra Nevada IPA. You can feel the 60+ year olds walking past, eying you while they ask for multiple boxes to transport their wine. We all have our vices Nancy, mine just doesn't involve freshly stomped grapes from Napa. When an anniversary or a significant event is coming, I will dive into a nice Chianti or my favorite Moscato but finding it can be quite the task here. Thankfully there's a friendly staff to guide you to the general area. Greatly appreciated because anyone who can find a specific bottle of anything without missing a step is most likely a serial killer. read more

I've always had a good experience with Total Wine until today and really like the store. I entered the store and did my shopping and was proceeding to go to check out and one of the managers I passed by asked me to wear a mask. (Yes, I understand it's their store!; and later saw a small sign on the window) Since I'm a senior and totally vaccines up, I told him I was ok. He told me they would not ring me up until I put a mask on. Now there was virtually no one in the store and I'd already walked all over the building ..... Seriously; no state mandate or laws in state, most seniors are vaccinated, and virtually everyone who wants a vaccine has already chosen their path of risk I thanked him and let him know I'd go elsewhere instead. A huge store with a great selection of wine and alcohol. The staff was helpful and the prices were very reasonable. They moved the Naples FL store, so it was tricky to find. That was my maps app fault on my phone. Once I pulled into the original parking lot and checked again, it sent me in the right direction to the new location. I will definately go back. read more

One less star for the bad bourbon selection.... I've never seen so many bottles of one kind of liquor yet so little choice... 10 different kinds of Jack, Crown Royal or Knob Creek do NOT help me here... there is never anything from Buffalo Trace available, so I am always forced to look elsewhere. They blame the distributor however I have been successful at other stores in the same town. It must simply be an availability issue because this store is always busy. Went in and loved the Whiskey Aisle... Thats right, whiskey has its' own aisle. Sales folk all knowledgeable. One place the store is weak in is in mid to high end Cava. It's Spanish Bubbly produced the same labor intensive way the French produce Champagne. I had hoped to find Bodegas Raventos or Casrellroig. Alas, no. When I drove there as I have for years, the person bringing out the order would not give it to me because my name was not on the order. I HAVE BEEN PICKING UP THE ORDERS FOR YEARS.
